Pay per usage

This Actor is paid per platform usage. The Actor is free to use, and you only pay for the Apify platform usage, which gets cheaper the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

### Google Search & Shopping Scraper

Get **Google Search results (organic, AI Overview with sources, People Also Ask, local pack, top stories), Images, News, Local and Autocomplete**, plus **Google Shopping products, every seller's price and product details**, as clean, structured JSON, without running browsers, proxies or parsers yourself.

This Actor runs on the [CrawlerData API](https://crawlerdata.com), a Google Shopping and SERP data API built for production price monitoring.

#### What you can scrape

| Option | Input | You get |
|---|---|---|
| Google Shopping: search products | search queries | products with title, price, old price, merchant, rating, reviews, delivery, thumbnail and `product_id` |
| Google Shopping: sellers & prices | product IDs | every seller's offer: merchant, price, shipping, total price, availability, link |
| Google Shopping: product details | product IDs | title, brand, description, features, specs, images, rating, reviews, price |
| Google Search | search queries | organic results, ads, AI overview, People also ask, local pack, top stories, knowledge panel, related searches; desktop or mobile |
| Google Images | search queries | title, source page, original image URL, size, thumbnail |
| Google News | search queries | title, source, date, snippet, thumbnail, link |
| Google Local | search queries | business name, rating, reviews, category, address, phone, hours, website |
| Google Autocomplete | partial queries | search suggestions |

31 countries and any language. Each query or product ID becomes one row in the dataset.

#### How to use it

1. Paste your **CrawlerData API key**. Create one at [app.crawlerdata.com](https://app.crawlerdata.com); new accounts with a verified work email get 50 free credits.
2. Pick **What to scrape**.
3. Add **search queries**, or **product IDs** for the sellers and product-details options. Run a Google Shopping search first to get product IDs (`product_id` in each result).
4. Set the **country** (e.g. `us`, `gb`, `de`) and **language** (e.g. `en`).
5. Run. Results appear in the dataset; export them as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read them through the Apify API.

#### Output example (Google Shopping search)

```json
{
  "input": "wireless headphones",
  "endpoint": "google-shopping-search",
  "country": "us",
  "status": "completed",
  "credits": 1,
  "error": null,
  "result": {
    "shopping_results": [
      { "position": 1, "product_id": "14580532573920022357", "title": "Soundplay Foldable Wireless Headphones Bluetooth Over-Ear Headset with Built-in Mic", "price": { "value": 14.94, "currency": "USD", "raw": "$14.94" }, "merchant": "Walmart", "rating": 4.6, "reviews": 866 }
    ]
  }
}
```

#### Pricing

The Actor is free to run. Requests use your **CrawlerData credits** (from your own CrawlerData account), and Apify bills only its normal platform usage.

- Most requests cost 1 credit.
- Google Shopping sellers costs 1 credit per 10 sellers returned, rounded up (a product with 22 sellers is 3 credits).
- **Failed requests are free.**

Credit packs are prepaid, with no subscription: see [crawlerdata.com/pricing](https://crawlerdata.com/pricing). The Actor stops if your key is rejected or you run out of credits.

#### Tips

- **Price monitoring:** store the `product_id`s you care about and run "sellers & prices" on a schedule. You skip the search step, so each check is a single request.
- **High volume or webhooks:** use the [CrawlerData API](https://crawlerdata.com) directly for async queues, webhooks and volume pricing.
