## Pricing

from $0.15 / 1,000 short employee profiles

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## LinkedIn Company Employees Scraper | Profiles & Email

Find employees of target companies with title, location and experience filters. Choose basic profiles, full profiles or optional email search.

### Quick start

1. Enter the target URLs or a focused search.
2. Start with a small result cap and one page.
3. Review the dataset and SUMMARY, then export JSON, CSV or Excel.

```json
{
  "companies": [
    "https://www.linkedin.com/company/microsoft"
  ],
  "profileScraperMode": "Short",
  "maxItems": 5,
  "takePages": 1
}
```

### Inputs

| Field | How to use it |
| --- | --- |
| `profileScraperMode` | Short returns search records; Full enriches each profile; Full + email search also attempts email discovery. An email is not guaranteed. |
| `maxItems` | Maximum returned records. Zero continues within page, request, spending and total-result limits. |
| `companies` | Target company URLs, names or numeric IDs. URLs or IDs avoid company-name resolution. |
| `locations` | Location names, such as London. Use full country names to avoid ambiguous abbreviations. |
| `searchQuery` | Search words. Leave blank only when another supported filter is supplied. |
| `jobTitles` | Job titles or keywords. Each title/location combination has its own result limit. |
| `pastJobTitles` | Optional Past Job Title Filter. Enter one value per line; leave empty to skip this filter. |
| `schools` | Optional School Filter. Enter one value per line; leave empty to skip this filter. |
| `industryIds` | Optional Industry IDs Filter. Enter one value per line; leave empty to skip this filter. |
| `yearsAtCurrentCompanyIds` | Optional Years at Current Company Filter. Choose from the available options. |
| `yearsOfExperienceIds` | Optional Years of Experience Filter. Choose from the available options. |
| `seniorityLevelIds` | Optional Seniority Level Filter. Choose from the available options. |
| `functionIds` | Optional Function Filter. Choose from the available options. |
| `companyHeadcount` | Optional Company Headcount Filter. Choose from the available options. |
| `recentlyChangedJobs` | Optional Recently Changed Jobs Filter. Leave blank to skip this filter. |
| `companyBatchMode` | all_at_once searches all companies together; one_by_one performs a separate search for each company. |
| `maxItemsPerCompany` | Additional per-company cap in one_by_one mode. Zero uses the global limits. |
| `startPage` | First search page. Starts at 1. |
| `takePages` | Maximum pages to fetch. Zero uses the configured maximum pages. |
| `excludeLocations` | Optional Exclude Locations Filter. Enter one value per line; leave empty to skip this filter. |
| `excludePastCompanies` | Optional Exclude Past Company Filter. Enter one value per line; leave empty to skip this filter. |
| `excludeSchools` | Optional Exclude School Filter. Enter one value per line; leave empty to skip this filter. |
| `excludeCurrentJobTitles` | Optional Exclude Current Job Title Filter. Enter one value per line; leave empty to skip this filter. |
| `excludePastJobTitles` | Optional Exclude Past Job Title Filter. Enter one value per line; leave empty to skip this filter. |
| `excludeIndustryIds` | Optional Exclude Industry IDs Filter. Enter one value per line; leave empty to skip this filter. |
| `excludeSeniorityLevelIds` | Optional Exclude Seniority Level Filter. Choose from the available options. |
| `excludeFunctionIds` | Optional Exclude Function Filter. Choose from the available options. |
| `maxRequests` | Stops before making more data-service requests. Searches, lookups and enrichment each count. |
| `maxResults` | Total output cap across every input. |
| `maxPages` | Upper page limit when takePages is zero or omitted. Company search cannot pass page 20. |

### Sample output

One JSON object per returned record. Source fields and nested objects are preserved; available fields vary. Search and detail modes can return different fields. The following shortened excerpt comes from a bounded successful data-service test.

```json
{
  "id": "ACoAAALMQ18BuT65IB6nXmXO1KGjISAXLf9xK9E",
  "linkedinUrl": "https://www.linkedin.com/in/saurabh27",
  "headline": "Senior Software Engineer @ Microsoft | Agentic AI (MCP, AI Agents) | Dynamics 365 F&O | C#/.NET, Azure"
}
```

### Pagination and limits

Free-plan trials are limited to two data-service requests and two output records per run. Search pages, company resolution and profile/job enrichment each consume a data-service request. Paid plans use your input caps and spending limit. A company-name lookup can use one of the two free requests; use company URLs or numeric IDs where supported.

Searches advance page by page and stop at the requested result, page, request or spending limit. Zero is never an unlimited-spend setting. Duplicate records are omitted within a run. A successful empty page ends that query. Saved run state allows a resumed run to continue within the same limits; it is not cross-run database deduplication.

Company Employees supports combined and individual-company searches. It cannot guarantee every employee: source search limits and availability apply. Full and email modes use additional lookups for each selected profile. Legacy price-bearing mode strings are accepted as input aliases; they do not set the price.

### Pricing

Search pages and returned records are charged separately. The displayed per-record event price is not an all-in search price.

| Returned record / 1,000 | Free | Starter | Scale | Business |
| --- | ---: | ---: | ---: | ---: |
| Short employee profile | $1.5 | $1.5 | $1.05 | $0.15 |
| Full employee profile | $6 | $6 | $4.2 | $2.8 |
| Employee profile with email search | $9.6 | $9.6 | $7.8 | $6.8 |

Each successful search page costs **$0.03**, on every plan, in addition to returned-record charges. A successful empty page is still charged. Pages that contain only duplicates or records excluded by a filter are also charged.

Successful company-name resolution costs **$0.0015 per company**. Company URLs or numeric IDs avoid it. Repeated resolutions of the same input are cached within the run.

Full and email modes replace the short-profile event. Email mode costs the listed email-event rate total per profile, plus the search page; it does not also charge the full-profile event. An email is not guaranteed, and a successful profile with an empty email result is billable. Business full/email rates are exceptions to the 10% bulk target.

Platinum and Diamond use the Business event rates; no additional higher-tier discount is offered. There is no separate actor-start fee. Use Apify’s spending cap and inspect SUMMARY.billingEvents and SUMMARY.eventChargesUsd. Failed lookups produce no returned-record event; previously successful page or lookup events remain payable if a later operation fails.

#### Bulk comparison

The following is a modeled total per 1,000 results, including our page charges. It assumes 25 results per search page. Page sizes and matches are not guaranteed. HarvestAPI’s column excludes its separate startup events. Sparse runs can cost more with CrawlKite; this is not an unconditional 10% cheaper claim.

| Plan | Mode | HarvestAPI / 1,000 | CrawlKite modeled total / 1,000 |
| --- | --- | ---: | ---: |
| Free | Short profiles | $3 | $2.7 |
| Free | Full profiles | $8 | $7.2 |
| Free | Profiles with email | $12 | $10.8 |
| Starter | Short profiles | $3 | $2.7 |
| Starter | Full profiles | $8 | $7.2 |
| Starter | Profiles with email | $12 | $10.8 |
| Scale | Short profiles | $2.5 | $2.25 |
| Scale | Full profiles | $6 | $5.4 |
| Scale | Profiles with email | $10 | $9 |
| Business | Short profiles | $1.5 | $1.35 |
| Business | Full profiles | $4 | $4 |
| Business | Profiles with email | $8 | $8 |

Comparison checked 4 November 2026: [HarvestAPI pricing](https://apify.com/harvestapi/linkedin-company-employees/pricing). Returned fields, coverage and query behavior may differ.

For example, one successful page plus one short employee profile on Free costs **$0.0315**, before any optional company resolution.
