## Pricing

from $2.50 / 1,000 part rows

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## LKQ Online Scraper — Used OEM Parts, Prices & Yards

> **Disclaimer:** Unofficial tool — not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by LKQ Corporation or its affiliates. Data is read from publicly accessible catalog search results only. No login. You are responsible for complying with applicable law (including GDPR where personal data appears) and the site’s terms. No warranty on accuracy or availability. Provided for informational and research use.

> **Contact-data controls:** Donor vehicle VINs are omitted from the dataset by default. Enable `includeVin` only when you have a lawful basis. Stock number, yard, and the public fitment note stay in the row either way. Any VIN in the examples below assumes that opt-in.

Scrape **used OEM auto parts** from the LKQ Online catalog. Each row is one inventory item: part name, customer **price**, Hollander-style **interchange**, donor mileage, yard city and state, and stock number.

Search one year, make, model, and category. Turn on **monitor mode** and schedule the run to save only new stock and price drops.

**Best for:** body shops, recyclers, and parts buyers who want a priced used-OEM quote next to other salvage inventories.

### When to use this Actor

- **Price a used OEM part** — One year, make, model, and category. Results include the customer price, interchange, mileage, and yard.
- **Watch a part** — Enable `monitorMode` and schedule the same input. The first run stores a baseline. Later runs save new listing ids and lower prices.
- **Narrow a trim** — `partQuery` keeps rows whose name, description, part number, or interchange contains the text, for example `2.4L`.
- **Rank by a point** — Pass `latitude` and `longitude` together so the catalog orders yards from that point.

### Key features

- Public catalog search only. No account and no login.
- Price, list price, core, base price, shipping, and environmental fee when the catalog publishes them.
- Hollander-style interchange, part number, mileage, yard, stock number, and fitment years.
- Monitor mode for new rows and price drops, keyed by listing id.
- Donor VIN stays off unless `includeVin` is true.
- HTTP fetch, 256 MB, no proxy by default.

### Input

| Field | Required | Default | What it does |
| :--- | :--- | :--- | :--- |
| `year` | yes | 2020 | Year the part must fit |
| `make` | yes | Acura | Make. Sent in uppercase |
| `model` | yes | ILX | Model |
| `category` | yes | `Engine Compartment\|Engine Assembly` | `Parent\|Child` category |
| `partQuery` | no | empty | Substring filter on the row |
| `latitude`, `longitude` | no | empty | Both, or neither. Closest-yard order |
| `maxItems` | no | 20 | Rows to save. In monitor mode, rows to charge |
| `maxPages` | no | 2 | Pages to read. 24 rows each |
| `includeVin` | no | false | Keep the donor VIN |
| `monitorMode` | no | false | Emit only new rows and price drops after the baseline |
| `monitorStoreName` | no | `lkqonline-monitor` | Named store for that watch |
| `resetMonitorState` | no | false | Clear the watch and start a new baseline |
| `proxyConfiguration` | no | off | Leave off unless a run is blocked |

Category is the catalog label with a pipe between the group and the part. Examples: `Engine Compartment|Engine Assembly`, `Heating / Air|AC Compressor`, `Exterior|Bumpers & Parts`, `Fuel System|Fuel Pump`.

### Use cases

- A body shop checks the asking price and interchange for an engine before ordering.
- A recycler watches one category. The scheduled run returns only new listing ids and lower prices.
- A buyer compares the same interchange on [Car-Part Scraper](https://apify.com/crawloop/car-part-scraper) or [PartsHotlines Scraper](https://apify.com/crawloop/partshotlines-scraper).
- After a salvage lot on [Copart Scraper](https://apify.com/crawloop/copart-scraper) or [IAAI Scraper](https://apify.com/crawloop/iaai-scraper), price the donor vehicle’s engine or body panel here. To find the yard row first, run [Row52 Scraper](https://apify.com/crawloop/row52-scraper) or [Pick-n-Pull Scraper](https://apify.com/crawloop/picknpull-scraper).

### Suite next step

For the same part on the other recycler networks, run [Car-Part Scraper](https://apify.com/crawloop/car-part-scraper) or [PartsHotlines Scraper](https://apify.com/crawloop/partshotlines-scraper). For the donor car's yard row, run [Row52 Scraper](https://apify.com/crawloop/row52-scraper) or [Pick-n-Pull Scraper](https://apify.com/crawloop/picknpull-scraper). For a new catalog price, run [RockAuto Scraper](https://apify.com/crawloop/rockauto-scraper), [CarParts.com Scraper](https://apify.com/crawloop/carparts-com-scraper), or [Oscaro Scraper](https://apify.com/crawloop/oscaro-scraper). For the donor vehicle at auction, run [Copart Scraper](https://apify.com/crawloop/copart-scraper) or [IAAI Scraper](https://apify.com/crawloop/iaai-scraper).

### FAQ

**Does this log in?**
No. It reads the public catalog search.

**Why is the first monitor run full of rows?**
That run is the baseline. Later runs in the same `monitorStoreName` save new listing ids and lower prices.

**What belongs in category?**
A group and a part separated by a pipe, for example `Heating / Air|AC Compressor`. A year the catalog does not stock finishes with 0 rows.

**Can I get the donor VIN?**
Set `includeVin` to true when you have a lawful basis. It is left out otherwise. The fitment note can still say which VIN digit the engine uses. That note is not the full VIN.

**The run failed with 403.**
The catalog refused the IP. Set `proxyConfiguration` to a US proxy and run again.

# Actor input Schema

## `includeVin` (type: `boolean`):

Off by default. Include the donor vehicle VIN only when you have a lawful basis. Stock number and yard stay in the row either way.

## `year` (type: `integer`):

Year the part must fit, for example 2020. The donor vehicle can be a nearby year.

## `make` (type: `string`):

Vehicle make, for example Acura. Sent to the catalog in uppercase.

## `model` (type: `string`):

Vehicle model, for example ILX.

## `category` (type: `string`):

Catalog category as Parent|Child. Example: Engine Compartment|Engine Assembly. A child name alone also works when the catalog accepts it.

## `partQuery` (type: `string`):

Optional. Keep rows whose name, description, part number, or interchange contains this text. Example: 2.4L.

## `latitude` (type: `number`):

Optional. With longitude, the catalog ranks yards closest to this point. Leave empty to use the catalog default order.

## `longitude` (type: `number`):

Optional. Pair with latitude. Example for a US ZIP lookup you already have: 40.75 and -73.99.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Maximum part rows to save. 0 means no row cap inside the page window. In monitor mode this caps rows charged on a run, not the scan window.

## `maxPages` (type: `integer`):

Catalog pages to read. Each page is 24 rows. 0 uses 2 pages.

## `monitorMode` (type: `boolean`):

When scheduled, save and charge only new listings and price drops since the last run. The first run stores a baseline and still returns rows.

## `monitorStoreName` (type: `string`):

Named key-value store that keeps listing prices between runs. Use a distinct name per watch.

## `resetMonitorState` (type: `boolean`):

Clear the stored watch before this run. The run becomes a new baseline.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Leave proxy off. Turn on a US proxy only if a run is blocked.
