## Pricing

from $2.99 / 1,000 job listings

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

**Welcome to the Jungle scraper** for public job listings. A practical **Welcome to the Jungle API alternative**: search by **keyword**, **city**, **country**, **contract**, or **remote** policy, or paste a **search, company, or job URL**. Export **title**, **company**, **city**, **contract**, **salary**, **experience**, and the **job description** as **JSON**, **CSV**, or **Excel**. Fast **HTTP**, **no headless browser**, **no login**. Run it with **Python**, **Node.js**, **cURL**, or **Apify MCP**.

Use it for recruiting coverage, salary checks, and a daily watch of new job ids.

### When to use this Actor

- You need a **Welcome to the Jungle scraper** / **WTTJ scraper** that returns structured jobs
- You want **keyword + city + contract + remote** without an employer API key
- You need **salary**, **company**, and the **description** on the same row
- You run a **daily monitor** and only want job ids that were not seen last time

### When not to use this Actor

- **Candidate profiles or CVs** — public job listings only
- **Recruiter inboxes** — the apply form is not submitted
- **Logged-in employer space** — no login
- **The whole board in one query** — the search index stops at 1,000 hits per query. Split by city, contract, or company

### Key features

- Public job index (title, company, office city, salary, remote, contract, listing text)
- Optional job record for the apply link, skills, and a longer description
- City, country, contract, remote, language, yearly salary floor, and minimum experience
- Company slug or a public company URL
- Monitor mode stores seen job ids, sorts newest first, and bills only new rows
- 256 MB HTTP run, proxy off by default

### Input

| Field | What it does |
| :--- | :--- |
| `keyword` | Job title, skill, or words to search |
| `location` | Office city, such as Paris or Berlin |
| `countryCode` | Office country, such as `FR` or `DE` |
| `contractType` | `full_time`, `internship`, `apprenticeship`, `freelance`, and related values |

| `salaryMinYearly` | Keep jobs whose yearly minimum is at least this amount |
| `companySlug` | Company slug from the public company path |
| `sortBy` | `relevance` or `date`. Monitor mode uses date |
| `startUrls` | Search, company, or job URLs. They replace keyword and city |
| `includeDetails` | Fetch the apply link and skills. Default off. One row is still one job |
| `maxItems` / `maxPages` | Caps. Each page has 20 jobs |
| `monitorMode` | Push only new job ids on later runs |

```json
{
  "keyword": "python",
  "location": "Paris",
  "contractType": "full_time",
  "remote": "fulltime",
  "maxItems": 50,
  "proxyConfiguration": { "useApifyProxy": false }
}
```

    { "url": "https://www.welcometothejungle.com/en/jobs?query=python&aroundQuery=Paris" }
  ],
  "maxItems": 20
}
```
### FAQ
**Does this use the official employer API?**
No. It reads the public job index. No employer token and no login.
**Where does the salary come from?**
From the search result, when the listing discloses a minimum or a range. The job page is optional and adds the apply link.
**How does monitor mode work?**
Turn on `monitorMode`, set a `monitorStoreName` for that watch, and schedule the run. The first run stores the job ids it sees. Later runs push only ids that are not in that store, newest first, and stop when a page is entirely known.
**Why did a broad query stop near 1,000 jobs?**
The index does not serve hits past 1,000 for one query. Add a city, country, or contract and run another search.
# Actor input Schema
## `keyword` (type: `string`):
Job title or skill (for example python, product manager, data).
## `keywords` (type: `array`):
Each extra keyword is searched separately. Results are deduplicated by job id.
## `location` (type: `string`):
Office city as shown on the board (Paris, Lyon, London, Berlin). Matched against the office city.
## `locations` (type: `array`):
Optional extra cities. Each one is a separate search, combined with each keyword.
## `countryCode` (type: `string`):
ISO country code of the office (FR, US, GB, DE, ES). Leave empty for every country.
## `contractType` (type: `string`):
Optional contract filter.
## `remote` (type: `string`):
Optional remote policy.
## `language` (type: `string`):
Language of the job listing. Empty keeps every language.
## `salaryMinYearly` (type: `integer`):
Keep jobs whose yearly minimum is at least this amount. 0 or empty disables the filter.
## `experienceMinYears` (type: `integer`):
Keep jobs that ask for at least this many years. 0 or empty disables the filter.
## `companySlug` (type: `string`):
Optional company slug from the public company path, such as doctolib.
## `sortBy` (type: `string`):
Relevance matches the public search default. Date puts the newest jobs first. Monitor mode always sorts by date.
## `startUrls` (type: `array`):
Optional public search, company, or job URLs. When set, they replace keyword and city. A job URL reads that listing. A company URL reads that company's jobs.
## `includeDetails` (type: `boolean`):
Open each job's public record for the apply link, skills, and the longer description. Salary and the listing text are already on the search row. One dataset row is still one job.
## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):
Maximum job rows across all searches. 0 means no cap other than max pages and the 1,000-hit index ceiling.
## `maxPages` (type: `integer`):
Safety cap. Each page has 20 jobs. The index stops serving results after 1,000 hits per query.
## `monitorMode` (type: `boolean`):
On a schedule, push and charge only job ids not seen in a previous run. The first run is the baseline. Newest jobs first. Stops a search when a page is entirely known.
## `monitorStoreName` (type: `string`):
Named key-value store for seen job ids. Use one name per watch.
## `resetMonitorState` (type: `boolean`):
Clear the seen-job cache before this run.
## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):
Leave proxy off. The public job index answers without a proxy. Enable one only if you see HTTP 403 or 429.
