## Changelog

### 0.2.0 — 2026-09-25

- Hosted monitoring uses an explicit history-store picker and commits history before billing.

Launch candidate: simple buyer inputs, explicit initial product scope, tiered PPE policy and factory release metadata. Live activation remains pending authorization.

## Candidate 0.1

Revision 5: shared bounded publication/settlement, pairwise state, product input workflows and candidate packaging. Draft only; no live Actor identity, approved pricing or publication.
