## SEC Form D Feed — New Private Fundraises, Daily & Incremental

A live feed of **companies that just raised private capital**, straight from SEC EDGAR. Every new Form D filing — normalized into a clean lead: company, amount raised, industry, location, and the executives named on the filing.

**Pay only for results.** No subscription. A run that returns nothing costs nothing.

### Why this feed

- **Catch raises the day they post.** Incremental by default — each scheduled run emits only filings not seen before. A company that filed yesterday is a hot lead today, and staleness kills the value.
- **Structured, not just metadata.** Detail mode pulls amount offered, amount sold, industry, revenue range, minimum investment, issuer location, and named execs/directors — the fields a sales, recruiting, or investment team actually acts on.

### Billing model

This Actor bills via Apify's **automatic per-dataset-item ("Result") event** — exactly one item written to the default dataset equals exactly one billable result.
