## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## France Travail Scraper (Pôle emploi)

Job offers from **France Travail** (ex Pôle emploi), France's public employment service, by keyword and city, département or region, as clean rows: full description, contract type, salary as numbers, required experience, industry, posting and expiry dates, postcode and region. Turn on **Only new jobs** and schedule it for daily job alerts that never repeat an offer.

*Offres d'emploi France Travail (ex Pôle emploi) par mot-clé et lieu : description complète, contrat, salaire, expérience, secteur. Mode « nouvelles offres uniquement » pour des alertes quotidiennes.*

- **Every sector, not just tech:** care, retail, logistics, construction, hospitality, public sector. France Travail lists hundreds of thousands of offers.
- **Full offers:** description, salary as numbers (monthly, yearly or hourly), experience, industry, validity date, postcode.
- **Only new jobs** remembers what earlier runs delivered, so scheduled runs return and bill only fresh offers.
- **$1 per 1,000 jobs**, details included. No login, no API key, no proxy to set up.

### Sample output

Five rows from a real search for `aide-soignant` around Lyon. Each row also has the full description, experience, industry, postcode, validity date and the site's salary wording.

| Aide soignant (H/F) | CENTRE D EDUCATION MOTRICE HENRY GORMAND | Bron | CDI | €22.4k–25k / year | 2026-10-20 |
| Aide-soignant / Aide-soignante en gériatrie CDI (H/F) | LE MONTET | St Genis Laval | CDI | €2,480–2,734 / month | 2026-10-16 |
| Aide-soignant en CDD H/F (H/F) | LES TOURRAIS DE CRAPONNE | Craponne | CDD | €2,105 / month | 2026-10-14 |
| Aide-soignant nuit DE (H/F) | MEDYCO RECRUTEMENT | Arbresle | Intérim | €25k–35k / year | 2026-10-13 |

### Quick start

```json
{
  "keywords": "aide-soignant\nauxiliaire de vie",
  "location": "69",
  "datePosted": "pastWeek",
  "contractTypes": ["cdi"],
  "maxJobsPerSearch": 200
}
```

**Daily alert:** add `"onlyNewJobs": true`, save as a task, schedule it every morning, and connect Slack, email or Google Sheets from the task's Integrations tab.

### Input

| Field | Type | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| `keywords` | string | required | One search per line. |
| `location` | string | all France | City (`Paris`, `Nantes`), region (`Île-de-France`, `Occitanie`) or département number (`69`, `33`). |
| `datePosted` | string | `any` | `any`, `past24h`, `pastWeek`, `pastMonth`. |
| `contractTypes` | array | all | `cdi`, `cdd`, `interim`, `internship`, `apprenticeship`, `freelance`. |
| `minSalary` | integer | | Minimum yearly salary in euros. Offers without a published salary are kept. |
| `maxJobsPerSearch` | integer | 200 | Per keyword. `0` = no limit (about 1,000 per search). |
| `includeDetails` | boolean | true | Full description and the remaining details. Included in the price. |
| `onlyNewJobs` | boolean | false | Return only offers not delivered by earlier runs of the same searches (one found by two searches is sent once). |

France Travail does not publish remote-work information, so there is no remote filter.

### Output

```json
{
  "jobId": "francetravail:215MWGN",
  "source": "francetravail",
  "url": "https://candidat.francetravail.fr/offres/recherche/detail/215MWGN",
  "title": "Aide Soignant(e) (H/F)",
  "company": "MAS ROBERT RAMEL - FONDATION OVE",
  "location": "Montanay",
  "postalCode": null,
  "region": null,
  "contractType": "CDI",
  "contractTypeRaw": "CDI - Temps plein",
  "salaryMin": 2000.0,
  "salaryMax": 2500.0,
  "salaryPeriod": "month",
  "salaryCurrency": "EUR",
  "salaryText": "Mensuel de 2000.0 Euros à 2500.0 Euros",
  "experience": null,
  "industry": null,
  "datePosted": "2026-10-21",
  "validThrough": null,
  "descriptionText": null,
  "detailsStatus": "ok",
  "searchKeywords": "aide-soignant",
  "searchLocation": "Lyon",
  "scrapedAt": "2026-10-22T21:40:00+00:00"
}
```

`contractType` is normalized to `CDI`, `CDD`, `Intérim`, `Stage`, `Alternance`, `Freelance` or `Autre`; `contractTypeRaw` keeps the site's own wording (for example `CDI - Temps plein`). `salaryText` keeps the site's salary wording, including mentions of collective agreements.

### Use cases

- **Job alerts** for a role and area, delivered every morning to Slack, email or a sheet
- **Recruitment agencies and interim firms:** who is hiring which roles, where, on which contracts
- **Labour-market studies:** offers, salaries and contract mix by role and département
- **Job boards and local media:** a daily feed of offers for a region

### Pricing

**$1 per 1,000 jobs**, full details included, plus a tiny actor-start fee. With **Only new jobs** on, a run with nothing new costs only the start fee.

### Integrations

```python
from apify_client import ApifyClient
client = ApifyClient("<YOUR_API_TOKEN>")
run = client.actor("cycha/france-travail-scraper").call(run_input={
    "keywords": "aide-soignant",
    "location": "Lyon",
    "datePosted": "past24h",
    "onlyNewJobs": True,
})
for job in client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items():
    print(job["datePosted"], job["company"], job["title"], job["url"])
```

Works with Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets, schedules and webhooks, and as an MCP tool for AI agents.

### FAQ

**Need more job sites?** The [French Jobs Scraper](https://apify.com/cycha/france-job-scraper) searches Indeed, Welcome to the Jungle, France Travail, Hellowork and Cadremploi in one run and removes offers posted on several of them.

**What if my run has a short timeout?** Fetching full details takes time: about a minute per few hundred offers. When the run's timeout is too short for everything you asked, the actor stops shortly before it, keeps every offer already saved, and ends successfully with a message saying so. Offers whose details were cut off are not charged. With **Only new jobs** on, the next run continues where this one stopped.

**Why do some rows have no salary?** Many offers do not publish one. `minSalary` never drops those.

**Is it legal?** The actor reads publicly visible job offers. You are responsible for how you use the data and for complying with the site's terms and the GDPR.

### Feedback

Missing a field? Open an issue on the actor's **Issues** tab. If this scraper saved you time, a short review on the Store page helps other people find it.
