Scrape **UK property listings** from Rightmove or Zoopla by location — listing title/address, price, bedroom count, and URL. Renders the portal with Playwright (Chromium) through a residential proxy. Built for property-market research, lead generation, and investment analysis.

### ⚠️ Compliance

Rightmove and Zoopla Terms of Use restrict automated scraping. This actor is intended for **console/private use** where you have a lawful basis. **Do not publish to the Apify Store** without reviewing each portal's ToS. The account owner is responsible for compliant use.
