## Pricing

from $0.50 / 1,000 jobs

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Company Jobs Scraper - Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday & more

Get **every open job from any company's careers page**, in one clean table. Type a company name
or paste a careers page URL. The job board behind it is detected for you, and jobs from every
company come back in the **same format**, whichever system they use.

Supported job boards: **Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee and
Workday**, which together cover most tech companies and a large share of enterprises.

### Why this one

- **One tool for every board.** No need to know which system a company uses, or to run a
  separate scraper for each. Mix Greenhouse, Lever and Workday companies in one run.
- **Just type the name.** `Stripe`, `Notion` and `Palantir` work as-is. When several boards share
  a name, the busiest one wins, and the others are listed in the run summary so you can check.
- **Reliable by design.** Jobs come from each board's own public job-feed API, the same one
  companies use to show jobs on their own sites. No browser, no bot checks to break.
- **Salary where it's published.** Ashby, Lever and Recruitee salary ranges come out as numbers
  (`salaryMin`, `salaryMax`, `salaryCurrency`) plus the original text.
- **You only pay for jobs.** Looking up companies is free, and companies that can't be found
  are listed in `RUN_SUMMARY` at no cost.

### Input

| Field | Example | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Companies | `Stripe`, `https://www.anduril.com/careers`, `https://jobs.lever.co/palantir` | Name, careers page, or board URL |
| Title keywords | `engineer`, `firmware` | Any match keeps the job |
| Exclude keywords | `intern`, `principal` | Any match drops the job |
| Locations | `Austin`, `Germany`, `Remote` | Matches any listed location |
| Departments | `Engineering` | Matches department or team |
| Remote only | on/off | Jobs the company marks as remote |
| Posted within (days) | `7` | Jobs without a date are kept |
| Include full description | on/off | Plain text, HTML removed |
| Max jobs per company | `50` | 0 = no limit |

**Workday boards need the URL**, e.g. `https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite`.
Workday board addresses can't be guessed from a company name.

### Output

One row per job, the same shape for every board:

```json
{
    "company": "Openai",
    "title": "Firmware Engineer, RTOS, Consumer Devices",
    "location": "San Francisco",
    "allLocations": ["San Francisco"],
    "workplaceType": "remote",
    "isRemote": true,
    "department": "Consumer Devices",
    "employmentType": "FullTime",
    "salaryMin": 347000,
    "salaryMax": 385000,
    "salaryCurrency": "USD",
    "salaryText": "$347K - $385K",
    "postedAt": "2025-12-16T00:00:00.000Z",
    "jobUrl": "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/openai/2710d0c7-...",
    "applyUrl": "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/openai/2710d0c7-.../application",
    "ats": "ashby",
    "board": "openai",
    "jobId": "2710d0c7-...",
    "input": "openai"
}
```

`workplaceType` is `remote`, `hybrid`, `onsite`, or `null` when the company doesn't say.

### Use cases

- **Job seekers:** watch your target companies and get new openings daily on a schedule.
- **Recruiters and sales teams:** see who is hiring for what. Hiring is a buying signal.
- **Market research:** count openings by team, location or seniority across a list of competitors.
- **Job boards and newsletters:** feed listings into your site from many companies at once.
- **AI agents:** call it from Zapier, Make, n8n or the Apify API and get structured jobs back.

### Pricing

Pay per job returned. See the Pricing tab. Company lookups and companies not found are free.

### Use it from code

```bash
curl -X POST "https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/dariandanciu~company-jobs-scraper/run-sync-get-dataset-items?token=<YOUR_TOKEN>" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"companies":["Stripe","Notion"],"keywords":["engineer"],"remoteOnly":true}'
```

### Good to know

- Some companies use a board not listed above (iCIMS, Taleo, SuccessFactors, their own system).
  Those show up in `RUN_SUMMARY` as not found.
- Workday searches return at most 2,000 jobs per keyword. Use title keywords to stay under that
  on very large employers.
- Company names come from the board itself where available; Lever, Ashby and Workday boards
  don't publish one, so the board name is used (`palantir` becomes `Palantir`).

### Feedback

Company not detected, or a field missing? Open an issue on the Issues tab with the company's
careers page URL.

# Actor input Schema

## `companies` (type: `array`):

One per line: a company name (Stripe), a careers page (https://www.anduril.com/careers), or a job board URL (https://jobs.lever.co/palantir). The job board system is detected automatically.

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose title contains any of these, e.g. engineer, data, sales. Empty keeps all.

## `excludeKeywords` (type: `array`):

Drop jobs whose title contains any of these, e.g. intern, senior.

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose location contains any of these, e.g. London, Germany, Remote.

## `departments` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose department or team contains any of these, e.g. Engineering.

## `remoteOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only jobs the company marks as remote.

## `postedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

Keep jobs posted in the last N days. 0 = any age. Jobs without a posting date are kept.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Add the full description as plain text. Slower for Workday and SmartRecruiters boards, which need one extra request per job.

## `maxJobsPerCompany` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many matching jobs per company. 0 = no limit.
