## Pricing

from $0.60 / 1,000 markets

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Prediction Markets Scraper - Polymarket & Kalshi Odds

Get **live prediction market odds from Polymarket and Kalshi** in one table: event, question and outcome, **probability**, bid and ask, last price, daily change, **volume, liquidity, open interest**, end date, category and link.

### Why this one

- **Both platforms, one format.** Compare Polymarket and Kalshi on the same question.
- **Keyword search across both.** Kalshi has no search of its own; keywords are matched to its market series for you.
- **Probabilities as numbers** from 0 to 1.
- **Uses the platforms' official public APIs.** No login, no browser.
- **You only pay for markets.** Failed searches are listed in `RUN_SUMMARY` and cost nothing.

### Input

| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| Searches | `bitcoin`, `fed rate`, `*` |
| Platforms | Polymarket, Kalshi |
| Minimum volume | `10000` |

Every field is optional except **Searches**.

### Output

One row per market. Example:

```json
{
    "source": "polymarket",
    "id": "polymarket:6507370",
    "platform": "Polymarket",
    "event": "What price will Bitcoin hit in November?",
    "question": "Will Bitcoin reach $100,000 in November?",
    "outcome": "↑ 100,000",
    "probability": 0.021,
    "outcomes": {
        "Yes": 0.021,
        "No": 0.979
    },
    "bestBid": 0.02,
    "bestAsk": 0.022,
    "lastPrice": 0.025,
    "change1d": -0.0065,
    "change1w": null,
    "volume": 46581.976869000006,
    "volume24h": 28795.297497000007,
    "liquidity": 86655.81574,
    "openInterest": null,
    "endDate": "2026-12-01T05:00:00Z",
    "category": "Bitcoin",
    "tags": [
        "Bitcoin",
        "Monthly",
        "Hit Price",
        "Crypto",
        "Crypto Prices",
        "Recurring"
    ],
    "ticker": "will-bitcoin-reach-100k-in-november-2026",
    "url": "https://polymarket.com/event/what-price-will-bitcoin-hit-in-november-2026",
    "searchQuery": "bitcoin"
}
```

Each row also has `searchQuery`: the search that found it. A summary of the run (markets per search, the site's total
for each search, and any searches that failed) is saved as `RUN_SUMMARY` in the key-value store.

Export to JSON, CSV, Excel or HTML from the Output tab, or use the API.

### Use cases

- **Forecasting and research:** market-implied probabilities for elections, rates, crypto and sports.
- **Dashboards and alerts** on odds changes.
- **Cross-platform comparison** of the same events.

### Pricing

Pay per market. See the Pricing tab. Searches that fail are free.

### Good to know

- Kalshi markets are found by matching your keywords to Kalshi series titles and categories (up to 40 series per keyword).
- Volume is in dollars on Polymarket and in contracts on Kalshi.
- Data is read-only market data; this Actor does not trade.
- This Actor reads public market data only. It does not log in, trade, or collect personal data.

# Actor input Schema

## `searches` (type: `array`):

Keywords, one per line, e.g. "bitcoin", "fed rate", "election". Use \* for the top markets by volume.

## `maxResultsPerSearch` (type: `integer`):

Stop each search after this many markets.

## `platforms` (type: `array`):

Empty = both.

## `minVolume` (type: `integer`):

Skip markets with less total volume than this (in dollars or contracts).

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Apify Proxy is recommended. If the site starts blocking, requests switch to residential proxies automatically.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "searches": [
    "bitcoin",
    "fed rate"
  ],
  "maxResultsPerSearch": 200,
  "platforms": [],
  "proxyConfiguration": {
    "useApifyProxy": true
  }
}
```

# Actor output Schema

## `results` (type: `string`):

One row per market.

## `summary` (type: `string`):

Markets per search, and any searches that failed (not charged).
