## Pricing

from $0.60 / 1,000 jobs

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Workday Jobs Scraper - By Company Name or myworkdayjobs URL

Get **every open job from any company that hires on Workday**, in one clean table. Type a
company name or paste its careers page or Workday board URL. Used by NVIDIA, Cisco, Pfizer, Boeing, Intel, Target, Visa and most large enterprises.

### Why this one

- **Just type the name.** `NVIDIA` and `Cisco` work as-is; careers pages and board URLs work too.
- **By company name.** `Pfizer`, `Boeing` or `Cisco` work as-is: the usual Workday addresses are tried for you (about 6 in 10 large employers are found by name; for the rest, paste the URL).
- **Keywords searched on Workday's side**, so even 10,000-job employers return just the jobs you want.
- **Exact posting dates** when you include descriptions, not just "Posted 3 days ago".
- **Reliable by design.** Jobs come from Workday's own public job-board API, the one companies use to show jobs on their own sites. No browser, no bot checks.
- **Filters built in.** Title keywords and exclusions, locations, departments, remote only, posted within N days.
- **You only pay for jobs.** Looking up companies is free, and companies that can't be found are listed in `RUN_SUMMARY` at no cost.

### Input

| Field | Example | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Companies | `NVIDIA`, `Cisco`, `https://boeing.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com/External_Careers` | Name, careers page, or board URL |
| Title keywords | `engineer`, `data` | Any match keeps the job |
| Exclude keywords | `intern`, `principal` | Any match drops the job |
| Locations | `London`, `Remote` | Matches any listed location |
| Departments | `Engineering` | Matches department or team |
| Remote only | on/off | Jobs the company marks as remote |
| Posted within (days) | `7` | Jobs without a date are kept |
| Include full description | on/off | Plain text, HTML removed |
| Max jobs per company | `50` | 0 = no limit |

### Output

One row per job. Example:

```json
{
    "company": "Nvidia",
    "title": "Senior Storage Production Engineer - DGX Cloud",
    "location": "2 Locations",
    "allLocations": [
        "2 Locations"
    ],
    "country": null,
    "workplaceType": null,
    "isRemote": false,
    "department": null,
    "team": null,
    "employmentType": null,
    "salaryMin": null,
    "salaryMax": null,
    "salaryCurrency": null,
    "salaryPeriod": null,
    "salaryText": null,
    "postedAt": "2026-11-01",
    "updatedAt": null,
    "jobUrl": "https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite/job/US-CA-Santa-Clara/Senior-Storage-Production-Engineer---DGX-Cloud_JR2019643",
    "applyUrl": "https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite/job/US-CA-Santa-Clara/Senior-Storage-Production-Engineer---DGX-Cloud_JR2019643",
    "description": null,
    "ats": "workday",
    "board": "nvidia/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite",
    "jobId": "JR2019643",
    "input": "NVIDIA"
}
```

Workday sites rarely publish pay in a structured field; where a company writes it into the description, it is in `description`.

### Use cases

- **Job seekers:** watch your target companies and get new openings daily on a schedule.
- **Recruiters and sales teams:** see who is hiring for what. Hiring is a buying signal.
- **Market research:** count openings by team, location or seniority across competitors.
- **Job boards and newsletters:** feed listings from many Workday companies into your site.
- **AI agents:** call it from Zapier, Make, n8n or the Apify API and get structured jobs back.

### Pricing

Pay per job returned. See the Pricing tab. Company lookups and companies not found are free.

### Use it from code

```bash
curl -X POST "https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/dariandanciu~workday-jobs-scraper/run-sync-get-dataset-items?token=<YOUR_TOKEN>" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"companies":["NVIDIA","Cisco"],"keywords":["engineer"]}'
```

### Good to know

- This Actor reads Workday boards only. A company on another system (Lever, Workday, iCIMS...) shows up in `RUN_SUMMARY` as not found; the [Company Jobs Scraper](https://apify.com/dariandanciu/company-jobs-scraper) reads Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee and Workday in one run.
- When several Workday boards share a name, the busiest wins; the others are listed in `RUN_SUMMARY`.
- Workday returns at most 2,000 jobs per keyword. Use title keywords to stay under that on very large employers.
