- `onlyNew` remembers delivered companies in a named key-value store so a scheduled run does not charge the same company twice.
- Pay per event: `new-company` at $0.003. Duplicates, filtered-out companies and errors are not charged. No Actor-start event and no per-dataset-row event.
- Companies House requests stay inside 600 per 5 minutes. The UK key is `COMPANIES_HOUSE_API_KEY` or the secret input `companiesHouseApiKey`.
