## Pricing

Pay per event

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## LatAm Trade Fair Exhibitors: Brazil, Mexico & Chile Expo Lead Lists

Export **exhibitor lists from Latin American trade fairs**: **Agrishow, Fispal Tecnologia, Fispal Food Service, Concrete Show and Data Center World Brasil (Brazil), Plastimagen HUB (Mexico), Nerdearla (Chile)**, or **any public Swapcard event URL**. Fields: company name, booth, exhibitor tier, country, city, website and domain, email and phones when the fair publishes them, social profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), categories, description, logo and exhibitor page URL.

### Why use it

- B2B lead lists from LatAm fairs, which global exhibitor scrapers do not cover
- Works with any Swapcard-powered event (Informa Markets Brasil and many others) by URL
- Website + domain on every row: feed it straight into a contact or tech-stack enrichment
- "Only new exhibitors" mode: run weekly before a fair to catch late sign-ups
- Pay only for exhibitors saved; no login

### Sources and coverage

| Source | Coverage | Data |
|---|---|---|
| **Agrishow, Fispal Tecnologia, Fispal Food Service, Concrete Show, Data Center World Brasil** | Brazil | company, booth, country, city, website, socials, categories |
| **Plastimagen Hub** | Mexico | same fields |
| **Nerdearla Chile** | Chile | same fields |
| **Other supported fair URLs (fairUrls)** | LatAm | same fields |

### How to use it

1. Click **Try for free** (or **Start**): the prefilled input runs a quick test.
2. Fill in the input fields (see the examples below). Every field is optional.
3. Click **Start** and wait a few seconds to minutes, depending on how many exhibitors you ask for.
4. Open the **Output** tab and export as **JSON, CSV, Excel, XML or HTML**, or read the results via API.

### Input examples

### Integrations and API

- Export results as JSON, CSV, Excel, XML or HTML from the Output tab.
- **Schedule** runs (daily, hourly) and send results to Google Sheets, Slack, Zapier, Make, n8n, Airbyte or webhooks.
- Call it from code with the [Apify API](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2):

```bash
curl -X POST "https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/datadesk-io~latam-trade-fair-exhibitors/run-sync-get-dataset-items?token=YOUR_TOKEN" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"fairs": ["fispal-tecnologia-2026"], "maxExhibitorsPerFair": 50}'
```

```python
from apify_client import ApifyClient
client = ApifyClient("YOUR_TOKEN")
run = client.actor("datadesk-io/latam-trade-fair-exhibitors").call(run_input={'fairs': ['fispal-tecnologia-2026'], 'maxExhibitorsPerFair': 50})
for item in client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items():
    print(item.get('name'), item.get('domain'), item.get('email'))
```

### FAQ

**Do I need a login, API key or proxies?** No. It uses publicly available data only, so no account on the source site is needed.

**How fresh is the data?** Live: every run reads the source at that moment. Schedule it to keep a dataset up to date.

**Why did I get fewer exhibitors than the maximum?** The source had fewer matching exhibitors, or duplicates were removed. You only pay for exhibitors delivered.

**Is it legal?** It collects only publicly available data. You are responsible for using it in line with applicable laws (e.g. GDPR) and the source's terms.

### Limitations

- Only exhibitor data the fair makes public is returned. Most fairs publish website and socials; emails and phones are often hidden. Fair sites that are custom-built (e.g. Expo ANTAD, FIHAV, Feria Internacional de Bogotá, Expomin) are not supported yet.
- Uses only public pages, no login. Respect the sites' terms and local data-protection law (LGPD, LFPDPPP, GDPR) when you use personal or contact data.

### Support

Found a bug, or need a new field, source or filter? Open an issue in the **Issues** tab; we usually answer within 24 hours. Custom data work: datadesk.io@proton.me.
