## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## YouTube Channel Email Finder — creator contacts, socials & stats

Find **public contact emails, websites and social profiles of YouTube creators** — by keyword (e.g. *"fitness coach"*, *"crypto news"*) or from a list of channels. Built for influencer marketing, sponsorships, UGC sourcing and B2B outreach.

**$3 per 1,000 channels + $0.025 per channel with an email** — a fraction of typical email-finder prices. No YouTube login, no API key, no cookies.

### Why this finder gets more emails

Most tools only read the channel description. This one also **visits the creator's own website and link-in-bio pages** (Linktree, Beacons, Stan and similar) — the homepage plus contact/about pages — where creators usually publish their business email. In our test on a random "fitness coach" search, **6 of 14 channels** returned a public email.

For every channel you also get `hasHiddenBusinessEmail` — `true` when the creator has set a business email in YouTube that's only visible to signed-in users. Great for deciding who to contact via YouTube directly.

### What you get

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `title`, `handle`, `url`, `channelId` | Channel identity |
| `emails` | Public emails found (deduplicated, junk/placeholder addresses removed) |
| `emailSources` | Where each email was found — channel description or a specific website |
| `socials` | Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitch, Discord, Patreon, Telegram, WhatsApp, website, link hub… |
| `links` | All links shown on the channel's About panel |
| `subscribers`, `totalViews`, `videos` | Channel statistics as numbers |
| `country`, `joinedDate` | As shown on YouTube |
| `hasHiddenBusinessEmail` | Creator has a sign-in-only business email on YouTube |
| `isVerified`, `keywords`, `avatarUrl`, `description` | Profile details |
| `searchQuery` | The keyword that found the channel |

### How to use

1. Enter one or more **keywords** — and/or paste **channel URLs / @handles**.
2. Optional filters: **min/max subscribers** (find micro-influencers), **countries**, **only channels with an email**.
3. Click **Start** and export to CSV/Excel/JSON, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Make, Zapier or n8n.

### Pricing

Pay-per-result, platform usage included:

| Event | Price |
|---|---|
| Channel saved (stats, links, socials) | **$0.003** |
| Extra when a public email is found | **$0.025** |

Turn on *Only channels with a public email* and you pay only for contacts you can use: **$0.028 per creator with email**. Cap any run with *Max total charge*.

### FAQ

**Does it reveal YouTube's hidden "business email"?** No. That address requires signing in and solving a CAPTCHA, which we don't do. We collect only emails the creator has published publicly (description, website, link-in-bio), and we tell you which channels *have* a hidden business email so you can request it on YouTube.

**How many channels have an email?** It depends on the niche. Business-oriented niches (coaching, tech, finance, beauty) score much higher than gaming or kids content. Turn on *Only channels with a public email* to pay only for useful results.

**Is this legal?** The tool collects publicly available business contact information. You're responsible for how you use it — follow GDPR, CAN-SPAM and local anti-spam rules (send relevant, personalised outreach with an opt-out).
