## Pricing

Pay per usage

This Actor is paid per platform usage. The Actor is free to use, and you only pay for the Apify platform usage, which gets cheaper the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## ATS Jobs Feed: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workable jobs in one format

Get every open job from any company that hosts its careers page on **Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or Workable**, using their official public job-board APIs. No login, no browser, no proxies. Output is one normalized format across all four systems, and **diff mode returns only jobs that are new since your last run**, so you can run it daily and get a clean feed.

### Who it's for

- Job boards and newsletters that list jobs from a fixed set of companies (e.g. "AI startups", "climate tech").
- Recruiters and sales teams watching hiring signals at target accounts.
- Job seekers tracking 10-200 companies without checking each careers page.

### Input

- `companies`: one per line. `greenhouse:stripe`, `lever:palantir`, `ashby:openai`, `workable:huggingface`, or a careers URL (`https://boards.greenhouse.io/stripe`, `https://jobs.lever.co/palantir`, `https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/openai`, `https://apply.workable.com/huggingface`). A bare slug tries all four.
- `mode`: `newSinceLastRun` (default) or `all`.
- Filters: `keywords` (title/department), `locations`, `remoteOnly`.
- `includeDescription`: add plain-text descriptions.
- `stateKey`: keep separate "seen" lists for different feeds.

### Output (one item per job)

```json
{
  "id": "ashby:openai:8fb1615c-...",
  "title": "Technical Program Manager, Compute Infrastructure",
  "company": "openai",
  "department": "Technical Program Management",
  "location": "San Francisco",
  "remote": true,
  "employmentType": "FullTime",
  "salary": {"min": 207000, "max": 285000, "currency": "USD", "interval": "1 YEAR", "summary": "$207K - $285K"},
  "postedAt": "2026-11-05T02:20:02.702Z",
  "url": "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/openai/8fb1615c-...",
  "ats": "ashby",
  "firstSeen": "2026-11-08"
}
```

Salary is filled where the company publishes it (Ashby and some Lever boards). A run summary per board is saved in the `SUMMARY` record.

### Call it from code

```bash
curl -X POST "https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/datakit~ats-jobs-feed/run-sync-get-dataset-items?token=YOUR_TOKEN" \
  -H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
  -d '{"companies":["greenhouse:stripe","ashby:openai"],"keywords":["engineer"],"mode":"newSinceLastRun"}'
```

### Notes

- Uses only the public job-board endpoints these ATS vendors provide for listing jobs on websites. No personal data is collected.
- The first run in diff mode returns all current jobs; later runs return only new ones.
- Cost is tiny: plain JSON requests, 256 MB memory is enough.

# Actor input Schema

## `companies` (type: `array`):

One per line. Either 'greenhouse:stripe', 'lever:palantir', 'ashby:openai', 'workable:huggingface', or a careers URL such as https://boards.greenhouse.io/stripe, https://jobs.lever.co/palantir, https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/openai, https://apply.workable.com/huggingface. A bare slug tries all four ATSs.

## `mode` (type: `string`):

newSinceLastRun remembers job ids per state key and returns only new ones (the first run returns everything).

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose title or department contains any of these (case-insensitive). Empty = all.

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose location contains any of these, e.g. 'London', 'Remote', 'Germany'.

## `remoteOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only jobs flagged remote or with 'remote' in the location.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Adds the plain-text job description (larger output).

## `stateKey` (type: `string`):

Separate 'seen' lists for different feeds.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many jobs in the output.

  ],
  "mode": "newSinceLastRun",
  "remoteOnly": false,
  "includeDescription": false,
  "stateKey": "default",
  "maxItems": 5000
}
