## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Shopify Store Products Scraper: prices, variants, stock, images

Export the **complete product catalog of any Shopify store**, including Allbirds, ColourPop, Kylie Cosmetics, Fashion Nova and more than 4 million others. For each product you get:

- Title, handle, URL, vendor, product type, tags
- **Price range, compare-at (sale) price, discount %**, currency
- **Every variant**: SKU, size/color options, price, availability, weight
- **Stock availability** (in stock / sold out)
- All image URLs, full description, created/updated/published dates

It reads the store's public product feed, so runs are fast and reliable with no proxies or browser.

### Use cases

- **Competitor price monitoring**: schedule daily runs and track price changes, discounts and new arrivals (`updatedWithinDays: 1`).
- **Dropshipping & product research**: find best-selling niches, pricing and catalog depth of top stores.
- **Market research**: compare assortments, price points and vendors across brands.
- **Feeds & catalogs**: build product feeds for comparison sites, affiliate sites or AI shopping assistants.

### Input

```json
{
  "storeUrls": ["https://www.allbirds.com", "https://colourpop.com/collections/lips"],
  "onlyOnSale": false,
  "onlyAvailable": true,
  "includeVariants": true,
  "maxProductsPerStore": 0
}
```

Paste a **collection URL** (`/collections/...`) to scrape just that collection.

### Output

```json
{
  "store": "Allbirds",
  "storeUrl": "https://www.allbirds.com",
  "id": 7258385809488,
  "title": "Men's Canvas Runner NZ",
  "url": "https://www.allbirds.com/products/mens-canvas-runner-nz",
  "vendor": "Allbirds",
  "productType": "Shoes",
  "tags": ["..."],
  "currency": "USD",
  "priceMin": 100,
  "priceMax": 100,
  "compareAtPriceMax": 120,
  "onSale": true,
  "discountPercent": 17,
  "available": true,
  "variantCount": 12,
  "variants": [{ "id": 41884546990160, "title": "8", "sku": "A12498M080", "price": 100, "compareAtPrice": 120, "available": false }],
  "image": "https://cdn.shopify.com/...",
  "createdAt": "2025-12-04T20:15:25.000Z",
  "updatedAt": "2026-10-30T08:12:53.000Z"
}
```

### Notes

- Works on stores built with Shopify. A few large stores disable their public product feed; those are reported in the log and are not charged.
- Pricing: **pay per product** saved.
