Individual properties include available listing facts, price and tax histories, estimates, schools and photo URLs. Buildings can be returned as one record with available floor plans and units, or expanded into detailed property records. New-construction community links ending in `_plid` can return a community record containing its identifier, available property IDs and count. With unit expansion enabled, the Actor collects available property details from that inventory.
