## Pricing

from $1.50 / 1,000 listings

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

**Bezrealitky Scraper** creates a structured dataset of property offers collected from Bezrealitky. Each dataset item is one listing and can include the title, estate type, offer type, address, floor area, price, currency, and public listing URL. Query the source with a search phrase, a start URL, an offer type, and estate types, limit the run with `maxItems`, and retrieve records through the Apify Dataset API or export them as JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, or another supported format.

### Dataset at a glance

| Property | Value |
|---|---|
| Source | bezrealitky.com |
| Record unit | One property offer |
| Input methods | `searchQueries`, `startUrls`, `offerType`, `estateTypes` |
| Main identifiers | `id` and `url` |
| Delivery | Apify Dataset and API |
| Export formats | JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, and other Apify dataset exports |
| Update model | Fresh records per Actor run |
| Pricing | $1.50 per 1,000 `listing` events. Optional `listing-details` uses the same rate. |

### Coverage and available records

The Actor searches Bezrealitky by location name or by a search or listing URL. The saved sample used a rent search for flats. `offerType` `PRONAJEM` is rent and `PRODEJ` is sale. `estateType` `BYT` is a flat.

Supported:

- Location searches and copied search or listing URLs
- Rent and sale offers
- Flats, houses, offices, non-residential space, land, cottages, and garages
- English or Czech labels through `locale`
- Prices in CZK or EUR
- A result cap through `maxItems`. `0` means no cap

Not currently collected on the saved search row:

- A full description, room count, or energy label. Those fields are requested only when `extractListingDetails` is true
- Historical price series

### Data dictionary

### Example dataset record

```json
{
  "id": "1061405",
  "url": "https://www.bezrealitky.com/properties-flats-houses/1061405-nabidka-pronajem-bytu-presy-so-pou-chrudim",
  "title": "1 bedroom with open-plan kitchen flat to rent, 60 m², Presy, SO POÚ Chrudim",
  "estateType": "BYT",
  "offerType": "PRONAJEM",
  "address": "Presy, Chrudim - Chrudim, Pardubický Region",
  "surface": 60,
  "price": 9000,
  "currency": "CZK"
}
```

The saved row came from a rent search. `extractListingDetails` was not required for these fields.

### Query and input reference

| Input | Type | Required | Default | Accepted values | Description |
|---|---|---:|---|---|---|
| `searchQueries` | array | No | `["Prague"]` |  | Location names to search, e.g. |
| `startUrls` | array | No | `[{"url": "https://www.bezrealitky.com/search?currency=CZK&estateType=BYT&offerType=PRONAJEM"}]` |  | Bezrealitky search result URLs or individual listing URLs copied from the browser, e.g. |
| `offerType` | string | No | `PRONAJEM` | PRONAJEM, PRODEJ | Rent or sale. |
| `estateTypes` | array | No | `["BYT"]` | BYT, DUM, KANCELAR, NEBYTOVY_PROSTOR, POZEMEK, CHATA, GARAZ | Property types to include. |
| `locale` | string | No | `EN` | EN, CS | Language for titles, addresses, and descriptions returned by Bezrealitky. |
| `currency` | string | No | `CZK` | CZK, EUR | Currency used for prices in search results. |
| `extractListingDetails` | boolean | No | `False` | | When enabled, each listing is enriched with the full property page (description, rooms, charges, energy rating, and more). |
| `detailConcurrency` | integer | No | `8` | | How many listing-detail requests to run at the same time when listing details are enabled. |
| `maxItems` | integer | No | `0` |  | Maximum number of listings to scrape (0 = unlimited) |
| `proxyConfiguration` | object | No | `{"useApifyProxy": true, "apifyProxyGroups": ["RESIDENTIAL"]}` |  | Apify proxy settings. |

A run needs `searchQueries` or `startUrls`.

Minimal request:

```json
{
  "searchQueries": ["Prague"],
  "offerType": "PRONAJEM",
  "estateTypes": ["BYT"],
  "maxItems": 10
}
```

### Retrieve the data through the API

1. Start `datascrapers/bezrealitky-scraper` with the JSON input.
2. Wait until the run finishes, or call the synchronous dataset endpoint.
3. Read items from the run's default dataset.
4. Paginate with dataset `offset` and `limit`.

```python
from apify_client import ApifyClient
client = ApifyClient("<APIFY_TOKEN>")
run = client.actor("datascrapers/bezrealitky-scraper").call(run_input={
    "searchQueries": ["Prague"],
    "offerType": "PRONAJEM",
    "estateTypes": ["BYT"],
    "maxItems": 10,
})
for item in client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items():
    print(item["id"], item["price"], item["currency"])
```

Other languages are listed on the Actor's API tab. This is the Apify Actor API, not a Bezrealitky API.

### Data quality and record handling

- One dataset item is one offer. Each pushed offer charges one `listing` event.
- Deduplicate on `id`.
- `extractListingDetails` charges a separate `listing-details` event for each enriched listing.
- `maxItems` of `0` does not cap the result set.
- Prices are the source numbers in `currency`. The Actor does not convert them.

### Pricing and cost examples

The price file charges **$1.50 per 1,000** `listing` events and **$1.50 per 1,000** `listing-details` events. That is **$0.0015** per event on every Apify plan. Platform usage is not billed on top of these events.

| Records | Event | Estimated event cost |
|---:|---|---:|
| 1,000 listings | `listing` | $1.50 |
| 1,000 listings with details | `listing` plus `listing-details` | $3.00 |

### Limitations and responsible data use

- Coverage is the public search the input requests, not a guaranteed national inventory.
- Titles and addresses follow the selected `locale`.
- Prices and availability change on the source. This dataset is not a historical archive.
- You are responsible for complying with Bezrealitky's terms and applicable law.

### Dataset questions

#### What does one dataset item represent?

One Bezrealitky property offer from a search or listing URL.

#### Which field should I use as a unique identifier?

Use `id`.

#### Are fields nullable or conditional?

Yes. Detail fields are present only when `extractListingDetails` is enabled and the page returns them.

#### Can I retrieve the records as CSV or JSON?

Yes. Export the default dataset as JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, or another Apify format.

#### How do I paginate large datasets?

Use `limit` and `offset` on the dataset items endpoint. `maxItems` limits how many rows the run saves.

#### Does the Actor return historical data?

No. Each run returns the offers available at request time.

#### What counts as a billable result?

One `listing` event per saved offer. One extra `listing-details` event when detail extraction is enabled for that offer.
