## Pricing

from $1.00 / 1,000 dataset items

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

**Booli Scraper** creates a structured dataset of home listings collected from Booli in Sweden. Each dataset item is one residence and can include the residence id, street address, living area, listing URL, and, when the search result includes them, price, rooms, and object type. Query the source with a Booli search URL or area id, limit the run with `maxItems`, and retrieve records through the Apify Dataset API or export them as JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, or another supported format.

[![Booli Scraper — input to structured data](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/faizanalii/apify-actor-assets/main/booli-se-scraper/booli-se-scraper-value-demo.gif)](https://apify.com/datascrapers/booli-se-scraper)

### Dataset at a glance

| Property | Value |
|---|---|
| Source | booli.se |
| Record unit | One residence listing |
| Input methods | `startUrls`, `locations`, `searchType`, `objectTypes` |
| Main identifiers | `residenceId` |
| Delivery | Apify Dataset and API |
| Export formats | JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, and other Apify dataset exports |
| Update model | Fresh records per Actor run |
| Pricing | $1.00 per 1,000 `dataset-item` events |

### Coverage and available records

The Actor reads for-sale, sold, and new-construction searches. The saved sample is a for-sale search for apartments. Empty values are omitted, so a row can contain only the fields Booli returned.

Supported:

- Search URLs and listing URLs
- Area ids, with `77104` meaning all of Sweden
- Object type, rooms, living area, list price, and sold price filters
- A result cap through `maxItems`. `0` means no cap

Not currently collected unless the matching switch is on:

- Rent, floor, and showings, which require `fetchDetails`
- Broker phone and email, which require `fetchBrokerDetails`

### Data dictionary

The saved sample contains four keys. The search parser also keeps list price, rooms, object type, agency, and coordinates when the result includes them.

| Field | Type | Nullable | Description | Example |
|---|---|---:|---|---|
| `residenceId` | string | No | Booli residence id. Best field for deduplication. | `717357` |
| `url` | string | Yes | Public residence URL. | `https://www.booli.se/bostad/717357` |
| `streetAddress` | string | Yes | Street and number. | `Rönnbärsvägen 27` |
| `livingArea` | object | Yes | Area with `raw` square meters and `unit`. | `84` |
| `listPrice` | object | Yes | Asking price when the search result includes it. | Conditional |
| `rooms` | object | Yes | Room count when present. | Conditional |
| `objectType` | string | Yes | Property type when present. | Conditional |
| `booliId` | string | Yes | Alternate id when the parser receives `booliId`. | Conditional |

### Example dataset record

```json
{
  "residenceId": "717357",
  "url": "https://www.booli.se/bostad/717357",
  "streetAddress": "Rönnbärsvägen 27",
  "livingArea": {"raw": 84, "value": "84", "unit": "m²", "formatted": "84 m²"}
}
```

The saved row came from a for-sale apartment search with `fetchDetails` and `fetchBrokerDetails` set to false.

A run needs `startUrls` or location and filter fields.

Minimal request:

```json
{
  "startUrls": [{"url": "https://www.booli.se/sok/till-salu?objectType=L%C3%A4genhet"}],
  "maxItems": 10,
  "fetchDetails": false
}
```

### Retrieve the data through the API

1. Start `datascrapers/booli-se-scraper` with the JSON input.
2. Wait until the run finishes, or call the synchronous dataset endpoint.
3. Read items from the run's default dataset.
4. Paginate with dataset `offset` and `limit`.

```python
from apify_client import ApifyClient
client = ApifyClient("<APIFY_TOKEN>")
run = client.actor("datascrapers/booli-se-scraper").call(run_input={
    "startUrls": [{"url": "https://www.booli.se/sok/till-salu?objectType=L%C3%A4genhet"}],
    "maxItems": 10,
})
for item in client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items():
    print(item["residenceId"], item["streetAddress"])
```

Other languages are listed on the Actor's API tab. This is the Apify Actor API, not a Booli API.

### Data quality and record handling

- One dataset item is one residence. Each pushed residence charges one `dataset-item` event.
- Deduplicate on `residenceId`.
- Null fields are dropped, so missing keys mean the source omitted them.
- `livingArea.raw` is square meters. `formatted` can contain a non-breaking space.
- Broker contact fields are conditional on `fetchBrokerDetails`.

### Pricing and cost examples

The price file charges **$1.00 per 1,000** listings. That is **$0.001** per `dataset-item` on every Apify plan. The price file notes that the free plan does not add a separate platform-usage charge for this event price. Paid plans still follow Apify's platform billing unless the account pricing says otherwise.

| Records | Estimated event cost |
|---:|---:|
| 1,000 | $1.00 |
| 10,000 | $10.00 |

### Limitations and responsible data use

- Coverage is the search the input requests. Area `77104` is Sweden-wide and can be large.
- A search row is thinner than a detail row. Turn on `fetchDetails` when you need floor, rent, or showings.
- Prices change. This dataset is not a sold-price archive unless `searchType` is `sold`.
- You are responsible for complying with Booli's terms and applicable law.

### Dataset questions

#### What does one dataset item represent?

One Booli residence from a for-sale, sold, or new-construction search.

#### Which field should I use as a unique identifier?

Use `residenceId`.

#### Are fields nullable or conditional?

Yes. Price, rooms, and broker contact are omitted when the source or the input switch does not provide them.

#### Can I retrieve the records as CSV or JSON?

Yes. Export the default dataset as JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, or another Apify format.

#### How do I paginate large datasets?

Use `limit` and `offset` on the dataset items endpoint. `maxItems` limits how many rows the run saves.

#### Does the Actor return historical data?

Sold searches return sold rows. A for-sale row is the current listing.

#### What counts as a billable result?

One `dataset-item` event per residence saved to the dataset.
