## Pricing

from $2.00 / 1,000 dataset items

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

CBRE Germany property records from the public listing search. One dataset item is one commercial listing, such as an office in Stuttgart, primary key DE-argoweb-76461: locality, postcode, usage type, area, and the listing URL. Filter by usage type, including office and industrial. Each row also includes coordinates when the listing publishes them, and a letting charge only when the listing shows one. Export the default dataset as JSON, CSV, Excel, or XML.

### Dataset at a glance

| | |
|---|---|
| Source | CBRE Germany property search |
| One record | One commercial listing |
| Deduplicate on | `primary_key` |
| Main fields | `title`, `locality`, `postcode`, `usage_type`, `total_area`, `url` |
| Query | `usageType` |
| Export | JSON, CSV, Excel, XML |

### Coverage and available records

- Records come from the public CBRE Germany search for the usage type you select.
- `usageType` can be all listings, office, or industrial.
- `letting_charge` is present when the listing publishes a charge.
- Area is the number the source returns. The Actor does not convert units.
- `maxItems` of `0` does not cap the result set.

### Data dictionary

| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| `primary_key` | Listing key. Use this to deduplicate. |
| `url` | Public listing page. |
| `title` | Listing title. |
| `locality` | City or locality. |
| `postcode` | Postal code. |
| `usage_type` | Use such as Office or Industrial. |
| `furnished` | Furnished flag when the listing sends one. |
| `total_area` | Area figure as returned by the source. |
| `letting_charge` | Letting charge when published. |
| `latitude` | Latitude. |
| `longitude` | Longitude. |
| `last_updated` | Source update timestamp when present. |

### Example dataset record

```json
{
  "primary_key": "DE-argoweb-76461",
  "url": "https://www.cbre.de/immobiliensuche/buero/details/DE-argoweb-76461",
  "title": "PROVISIONSFREI - Attraktive Bueroflaechen in Stuttgart Feuerbach zu vermieten",
  "locality": "Stuttgart",
  "postcode": "70178",
  "usage_type": "Office",
  "furnished": "unfurnished",
  "latitude": 48.77085,
  "longitude": 9.1693
}
```

The saved title is German. The example keeps the listing key and location and uses an ASCII title so the text stays readable.

### Query and input reference

| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| `usageType` | Filter listings by property usage type. All returns every available letting listing in Germany. |
| `maxItems` | Maximum number of property listings to scrape (0 = unlimited). |
| `proxyConfiguration` | Proxy settings for anti-bot protection. Residential proxies are recommended for CBRE. |

### Retrieve the data through the API

```python
from apify_client import ApifyClient
client = ApifyClient("<APIFY_TOKEN>")
run = client.actor("datascrapers/cbre-scraper").call(run_input={
    "usageType": "Office",
    "maxItems": 10,
})
for item in client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items():
    print(item["primary_key"], item["locality"], item["usage_type"])
```

This is the Apify Actor API, not a CBRE API.

### Data quality and record handling

- One dataset item is one listing. Each pushed listing charges one `dataset-item` event.
- Deduplicate on `primary_key`.
- `letting_charge` can be empty.
- Titles follow the German source text.
- Coordinates are the values on the listing. The Actor does not geocode an address of its own.

### Pricing and cost examples

The price file charges **$2.00 per 1,000** listings. That is **$0.002** per `dataset-item` on every Apify plan. Platform usage, including compute and proxy, is billed separately by Apify.

| Records | Estimated event cost |
|---:|---:|
| 1,000 | $2.00 |
| 10,000 | $20.00 |

### Limitations and responsible data use

- Coverage is the public Germany search for the usage type you select.
- Availability and charges change. This dataset is not a historical archive.
- You are responsible for complying with the site's terms and applicable law.

### Dataset questions

#### What does one dataset item represent?

One CBRE Germany commercial listing.

#### Which field should I use as a unique identifier?

Use `primary_key`.

#### Are fields nullable or conditional?

Yes. `letting_charge` and `total_area` can be empty when the listing does not publish them.

#### Can I retrieve the records as CSV or JSON?

Yes. Export the default dataset as JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, or another Apify format.

#### How do I paginate large datasets?

Use `limit` and `offset` on the dataset items endpoint. `maxItems` limits how many rows the run saves.
