## Pricing

from $0.90 / 1,000 job listings

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Career Page Jobs Scraper: Workday, Greenhouse, Lever & more

Export public jobs from selected company career pages across 10 supported ATS in one schema. Use company names or career-site URLs. Detection, access, filters and total/per-company limits determine coverage; salary and posting dates may be missing. No browser, proxy or login is required.

### Quick start

Start with one company, monitoring off and no salary/date filters. Check COMPANIES before adding filters one at a time. Unknown salary or dates can exclude jobs under strict filters. Publish-date filtering and unseen-ID monitoring are different. Older jobs missed by limits can appear as new later. Check tracking-storage warnings before treating output as a strict new-job feed.

```json
{
  "companies": [
    "Stripe"
  ],
  "postedWithin": "any",
  "includeDescription": false,
  "onlyNewSinceLastRun": false,
  "maxItems": 10,
  "maxItemsPerCompany": 10
}
```

### Track career jobs in Google Sheets with n8n

Use the inactive DataSmithLab starter to keep a deduplicated job log in your own Sheet. No Slack or Telegram account is required.

- [Download the workflow ZIP](https://github.com/Datasmith-lab/datasmithlab-ats-n8n/releases/latest/download/career-jobs-to-sheets-starter.zip)
- [View the walkthrough](https://datasmith-lab.github.io/datasmithlab-ats-n8n/)
- [Read the setup guide](https://github.com/Datasmith-lab/datasmithlab-ats-n8n#setup)

Start with Stripe and a 10-job snapshot, descriptions off and Actor tracking off. Connect your own Apify/Google credentials, run manually and inspect HEALTH and COMPANIES before activating the daily schedule. The starter uses a $0.10 Actor run charge cap; this is not a guarantee of total service costs.

The first snapshot establishes a baseline. Later unseen IDs are logged with first-seen timestamps, which do not prove publication time. Old rows are retained; missing rows in a bounded snapshot are not marked closed. Two live Stripe snapshots on self-hosted n8n 2.26.4 produced 10 unique saved keys and no duplicates. Other versions need your own setup check. No official n8n template-directory acceptance is claimed.

### Why this one

- **Type a name, get the jobs.** `Stripe`, `https://www.notion.com/careers`, `https://jobs.lever.co/spotify` or a Workday board all work in one list.
- **Startups *and* enterprises.** Workday covers the large employers that Greenhouse/Lever-only scrapers miss (e.g. NVIDIA's 2,000-job board).
- **10 ATS, 1 schema.** Same fields for every company, so your spreadsheet or pipeline doesn't care where a job came from.
- **Enriched for you, no AI guesswork:** seniority (intern → executive) and job function (engineering, data, sales…) from the title, plus **salary ranges parsed from the description** when the ATS has no salary field (US pay-transparency ranges are picked up automatically).
- **Last 24 hours / new jobs only.** Filter by publish date, or switch on *Only new jobs since last run* and schedule it daily for a clean feed of fresh postings.
- **Filters:** keywords (title or description), exclude words, location / country, department, remote / hybrid / on-site, seniority, job function, **minimum yearly salary** (with currency), and an optional *Limit to ATS*.
- **Fair limits:** a total cap and an optional per-company cap, so one huge employer does not eat your whole run.
- **Transparent:** a `COMPANIES` report shows, for each input, the detected ATS, open and matched jobs, or why it was not found. A `HEALTH` report flags format changes.

### Advanced filter example

This narrow example may return no matches. Add filters gradually; missing dates or salaries can exclude jobs. Unseen IDs are not necessarily newly published jobs.

```json
{
  "companies": [
    "Stripe",
    "https://www.notion.com/careers",
    "https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite",
    "https://apply.workable.com/huggingface/"
  ],
  "keywords": ["engineer"],
  "excludeKeywords": ["intern"],
  "locations": ["Remote", "Berlin"],
  "seniority": ["senior", "lead"],
  "jobFunctions": ["engineering", "data"],
  "minYearlySalary": 150000,
  "salaryCurrency": "USD",
  "postedWithin": "24h",
  "onlyNewSinceLastRun": true,
  "maxItems": 1000,
  "maxItemsPerCompany": 200
}
```

**Tips**

- A company name is matched against public job boards with that name. For the exact board, give the careers page or the job board URL.
- Workday boards can't be guessed from a name: paste the full `myworkdayjobs.com` URL (or a careers page that links to it).

### Output

```json
{
  "id": "workday:wd5:nvidia:NVIDIAExternalCareerSite:JR2023960",
  "ats": "workday",
  "company": "NVIDIA",
  "title": "Senior Compute Platform Engineer, LSF - EDA Infrastructure",
  "seniority": "senior",
  "jobFunction": "engineering",
  "department": null,
  "locations": ["US, CA, Remote", "US, TX, Austin", "US, Remote"],
  "country": "United States of America",
  "workplaceType": "remote",
  "remote": true,
  "employmentType": "Full time",
  "salaryMin": 184000, "salaryMax": 287500, "salaryCurrency": "USD", "salaryPeriod": "yearly",
  "salarySource": "description",
  "publishedAt": "2026-10-04T00:00:00Z",
  "url": "https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite/job/...",
  "applyUrl": "https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite/job/...",
  "descriptionHtml": "<p>...</p>",
  "descriptionText": "...",
  "sourceInput": "https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite"
}
```

`salarySource` tells you where the salary came from: `ats` (structured field) or `description` (parsed from the text). Export as JSON, CSV, Excel or via API.

### Pricing

FREE-tier event rates checked on 11 October 2026 (FREE is the tier name, not a free run):

- `apify-actor-start`: $0.005 per event.
- `result`: $0.0015 per event.

Start event count depends on memory: one per GB, minimum one. Zero output can still incur start and applicable run costs. Row prices do not guarantee the total invoice. Store pricing is authoritative; rates and tier discounts may change.
Pay per result: **$1.50 per 1,000 jobs** ($0.0015 each), descriptions and enrichment included, plus $0.005 per run start. Only jobs that pass your filters are charged.

### Notes

- Only the public job listings that companies publish for distribution are collected. No personal data and no recruiter contact details.
- Seniority, job function and description salaries are rule-based and can occasionally be wrong; the original title is returned; text is included when requested and available.
- Not affiliated with any of the ATS providers. Use the data in line with applicable laws and each site's terms.
- Found a bug or need a field? Open an issue in the Issues tab.

# Actor input Schema

## `companies` (type: `array`):

One per line: a company name (e.g. Stripe), its careers page (e.g. https://www.notion.com/careers) or a job board URL (e.g. https://jobs.lever.co/palantir, https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite). The ATS is detected automatically. Workday boards need the full myworkdayjobs.com URL.

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose title contains at least one of these words or phrases (whole-word match). Leave empty for all jobs.

## `searchInDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Match keywords in the full job description too, not only the title.

## `excludeKeywords` (type: `array`):

Drop jobs whose title contains any of these (e.g. Senior, Intern).

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose location or country code contains one of these (e.g. Berlin, Germany, Remote, DE).

## `departments` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose department or team contains one of these (e.g. Engineering, Sales).

## `workplaceTypes` (type: `array`):

Leave empty for all. 'Not stated' = the ATS gives no workplace info.

## `seniority` (type: `array`):

Detected from the job title (and the ATS level field when available). Leave empty for all.

## `jobFunctions` (type: `array`):

Detected from the job title, department and ATS category. Leave empty for all.

## `minYearlySalary` (type: `integer`):

Keep jobs whose salary (top of the range, converted to yearly; hourly × 2080) is at least this amount. Jobs that don't state a salary are dropped when set. Combine with Salary currency.

## `salaryCurrency` (type: `string`):

Only jobs paying in this currency. Recommended with Minimum yearly salary.

## `onlyAts` (type: `array`):

Only use these ATS (others are skipped and reported). Leave empty for all 10.

## `postedWithin` (type: `string`):

Only jobs published in this window. Jobs without a publish date are dropped when set.

## `onlyNewSinceLastRun` (type: `boolean`):

Returns only jobs you have not received before with the same companies and filters. Ideal for scheduled daily monitoring.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Adds the full job description (HTML and plain text). Turn off for smaller, faster exports. Same price either way.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many jobs in total.

## `maxItemsPerCompany` (type: `integer`):

Optional cap per company, so one large employer (e.g. a 2,000-job Workday board) does not use up Max jobs. Leave empty for no per-company cap.
