## Pricing

from $1.50 / 1,000 events

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Eventbrite Scraper: Events, Ticket Prices & Organizers

Search **Eventbrite events by city and keyword** and get them in a clean table: **cheapest and highest ticket price**, currency, free / sold out, **organizer name, page, website and follower count**, venue with coordinates, categories and the **full description**. No browser, no proxy, no login.

### Why this one

- **Prices and organizers included.** Min and max ticket price, sold-out status and the organizer's page, website and followers in every row, at no extra charge.
- **Full descriptions**, not just the short summary.
- **Any city.** Type `Berlin`, `Austin, TX` or `London`; the right Eventbrite city page is found for you.
- **Filters:** next 24h / 7 / 30 / 90 days or exact dates (in the event's local time), in person or online, free or paid, max ticket price, exclude words, strict keyword match, cancelled events.
- **Calendar file.** Every run also saves `events.ics`, a calendar file with all returned events (start, end, venue, link, cancelled status). Download it and import it into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
- **New events only.** Switch on *Only new events since last run* and schedule it for a clean daily or weekly feed.
- **Never a silent empty run.** A `SEARCHES` report shows every city × keyword search with its status (`ok`, `empty`, `blocked`, `error`, `not_found`).
- **Hard limit.** *Max events* is a hard stop for what you pay.

### Input

```json
{
  "locations": ["Berlin", "San Francisco"],
  "keywords": ["tech", "startup"],
  "dateRange": "30d",
  "eventType": "inPerson",
  "maxPrice": 50,
  "strictKeywordMatch": true,
  "onlyNewSinceLastRun": true,
  "maxItems": 500
}
```

**Tips**

- Add the country or state when a city name is ambiguous: `Portland, OR`, `Cambridge, UK`.
- Leave *Keywords* empty to get all events in a city.
- Eventbrite's own search is loose ("tech" also finds "Techno"). Turn on *Strict keyword match* for precise results.

### Output

```json
{
  "id": "eventbrite:1999293856745",
  "platform": "eventbrite",
  "title": "Tech and Business Networking | Elevating Your Potential - Berlin",
  "startAt": "2026-10-21T16:00:00Z",
  "endAt": "2026-10-21T18:00:00Z",
  "startTimestamp": 1792598400,
  "city": "Berlin",
  "region": "BE",
  "country": "DE",
  "latitude": 52.53007969999999,
  "longitude": 13.4006695,
  "priceMin": 0.0,
  "priceMax": 18.32,
  "currency": "EUR",
  "isFree": false,
  "isSoldOut": false,
  "attendeeCount": null,
  "organizerName": "Strive Networking",
  "organizerUrl": "https://www.eventbrite.com/o/strive-networking-71245500743",
  "organizerWebsite": "https://strive-networking.com/",
  "descriptionHtml": "<p>...</p>",
  "descriptionText": "...",
  "duplicateOf": null,
  "searchLocation": "Berlin",
  "searchKeyword": "tech"
}
```

`startAt` and `endAt` are UTC; `startLocal` is the start in the event's own local time. Eventbrite does not publish attendee counts, so `attendeeCount` is always `null`. Export as JSON, CSV, Excel or via API.

### Pricing

Pay per result: **$2.50 per 1,000 events** ($0.0025 each), prices, organizer and full description included, plus $0.001 per run start. Only events that pass your filters are charged.

### Notes

- Only public event listings are collected. **No personal data:** host names, attendee lists and personal social profiles are not collected.
- Not affiliated with Eventbrite. Use the data in line with applicable laws and the site's terms.
- Need Eventbrite, Luma and Meetup in one run, with cross-platform duplicates removed? See **[Events Scraper: Eventbrite, Luma & Meetup](https://apify.com/datasmithlab/events-scraper)**.

# Actor input Schema

## `locations` (type: `array`):

One city per line, e.g. Berlin, San Francisco, London. Add the country or state if the name is ambiguous (Portland, OR). Up to 20.

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

One search per keyword, e.g. tech, startup, yoga. Leave empty for all events in the city. Eventbrite searches loosely ('tech' also finds 'Techno'); turn on Strict keyword match for precise results.

## `dateRange` (type: `string`):

Events starting from now until this far ahead. Ignored when a start or end date is set below.

## `dateFrom` (type: `string`):

Only events on or after this day (UTC), e.g. 2026-11-01.

## `dateTo` (type: `string`):

Only events on or before this day (UTC).

## `eventType` (type: `string`):

Keep only in-person or only online events.

## `price` (type: `string`):

Keep only free or only paid events (by the cheapest ticket).

## `maxPrice` (type: `integer`):

Drop events whose cheapest ticket costs more than this (in the event's own currency).

## `excludeKeywords` (type: `array`):

Drop events whose title contains any of these words (e.g. webinar, yoga).

## `strictKeywordMatch` (type: `boolean`):

Platforms search loosely (Eventbrite returns 'Techno' for 'tech'). Turn on to keep only events whose title, summary or description contains a keyword as a whole word.

## `includeCancelled` (type: `boolean`):

Also return events the organizer has cancelled (isCancelled = true).

## `onlyNewSinceLastRun` (type: `boolean`):

Returns only events you have not received before with the same cities, keywords and filters. Ideal for a scheduled daily or weekly feed.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Adds the full event description (HTML and plain text). Turn off for faster, smaller exports. Same price either way.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Hard stop: you are never charged for more events than this.
