## Pricing

from $0.42 / 1,000 listings

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Property Finder UAE Scraper: Prices, New Listings & Stats

Export property listings from [Property Finder UAE](https://www.propertyfinder.ae) (propertyfinder.ae) for **sale or rent**, by emirate, property type, bedrooms and community. Every row has price (AED), built-up area, **price per sq ft**, bedrooms, bathrooms, furnishing, completion status, community / sub-community / building, coordinates, **listing date and days on the site**, and Property Finder's own flags (verified, price drop, great value).

Property Finder lists **newest first**, so the Actor can stop reading as soon as listings get older than you want ("listed within the last N days"): the cheapest way to collect only fresh listings.

Two things you won't get from a plain scraper:

- **Monitoring.** Schedule it and every later run returns only what changed: `NEW` listings, `PRICE_DROP` and `PRICE_UP` with the old price and the % change, and `REMOVED` ads (when every search was read completely). Unchanged listings are not returned and **not charged**.
- **Market summary by area.** One row per purpose, emirate, community, property type and bedroom count: listings, median and quartile price, median area, **median price per sq ft**, **median days on market**, verified and furnished share.

No login, no browser, no detail pages. **No agent or agency names, no phone numbers, no e-mail addresses, no WhatsApp links, no listing descriptions** are collected. Only search result pages are read.

### What you get

- **Price.** `price` (AED), `pricePeriod` (`yearly` / `monthly`... for rentals), `pricePerSqft`, `priceDropOnSite`, `greatValueOnSite`.
- **The property.** `title`, `purpose` (`buy` / `rent`), `propertyType`, `areaSqft`, `bedrooms` (`0` = studio, empty for land), `isStudio`, `bathrooms`, `furnished`, `completionStatus` (`ready` / `offPlan`), `amenities`.
- **Where.** `city` (emirate), `community`, `subCommunity`, `building`, `locationName`, `latitude`, `longitude`.
- **When.** `listedDate`, `daysOnMarket`.
- **Listing quality.** `isVerified`, `isFeatured`, `isDirectFromDeveloper`.
- `url` of the ad, `imageUrl`, `photoCount`.
- **Reports** in the run's key-value store: `SEARCHES` (one line per search: listings available, pages read, status), `MARKET_SUMMARY` and `HEALTH`.

### How to search

| You want | Set |
|---|---|
| Apartments for sale in Dubai | **Buy or rent** `For sale`, **Emirates** `Dubai`, **Property types** `Apartment` |
| 2-bedroom rentals in Dubai Marina | **Buy or rent** `For rent`, **Bedrooms** `2`, **Communities** `Dubai Marina` |
| Villas across Abu Dhabi and Sharjah | **Emirates** both, **Property types** `Villa` |
| Under AED 2 million, 800 to 1,500 sq ft | **Price to** `2000000`, **Area from/to** |
| A daily new-listing feed | **Listed within the last** `1` day, schedule daily |
| A daily price-drop feed | **Only new or changed listings** on, schedule daily |
| Median price per sq ft per community | **Market summary** on |
| A page you already have open | paste it in **Property Finder listing URLs** |

Each emirate, property type, bedroom count and community you pick is its own search (up to 60 per run). Price, area, furnishing and completion filters are applied after reading, because the site's robots.txt does not allow filter parameters in the address; use bedrooms, communities and "listed within" to keep the number of pages small. A page holds 25 listings and the Actor waits about a second between pages.

### Pricing

Pay per event: a small start fee, then one charge per listing row and one per market summary row. `REMOVED` rows count as listing rows. Set **Max listings** to cap what a run can cost.

### Notes

- Only English listing pages of propertyfinder.ae are read. The Actor never asks for agent pages, listing detail pages or search forms, and never solves a bot check; if Property Finder blocks the requests it retries through the proxy you choose and then stops and says so.
- Areas are converted to square feet. Rental prices are as listed (usually per year).
- Property Finder's counts move while pages are read (new listings push others down); duplicates are removed.

# Actor input Schema

## `purpose` (type: `string`):

Listings for sale or for rent. One purpose per run.

## `emirates` (type: `array`):

Each emirate is searched separately. Leave empty for Dubai (unless you paste URLs below).

## `propertyTypes` (type: `array`):

Leave empty for all types.

## `bedrooms` (type: `array`):

Leave empty for all. Each choice is its own search (so a 2-bedroom pull reads only 2-bedroom pages).

## `communities` (type: `array`):

Optional. Names or slugs as on Property Finder, one per line: 'Dubai Marina', 'jumeirah-village-circle', 'palm-jumeirah'. Each is searched separately. Unknown names are reported as not found and cost nothing.

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

Or paste English listing pages such as https://www.propertyfinder.ae/en/buy/dubai/2-bedroom-apartments-for-sale-dubai-marina.html. Only the page itself is used; query settings in the URL (price, sort, ...) are ignored because the site's robots.txt does not allow them - use the filters below.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many listing rows (you pay per row). Market summary rows are not counted. Property Finder lists newest first.

## `priceFrom` (type: `integer`):

Applied to the listing price (yearly rent for rentals). Listings without a price are skipped when a price filter is set.

## `priceTo` (type: `integer`):

Leave empty for no limit.

## `areaFrom` (type: `integer`):

Built-up or plot area in square feet.

## `areaTo` (type: `integer`):

Leave empty for no limit.

## `furnished` (type: `array`):

Leave empty for all.

## `completion` (type: `array`):

Ready (completed) or off-plan. Leave empty for both.

## `listedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

Only listings published in the last N days. Because Property Finder lists newest first, reading stops as soon as older listings start - a cheap way to collect only new listings. Leave empty for no limit.

## `onlyNewOrChanged` (type: `boolean`):

For scheduled runs: each run returns only listings that are NEW or had a PRICE_DROP / PRICE_UP since the last run with the same settings, and (when every search was read completely) REMOVED listings. The first run returns everything as NEW. Unchanged listings are not returned and not charged.

## `marketSummary` (type: `boolean`):

Add one row per purpose, emirate, community, property type and bedroom count: listings, median and quartile price, median area, median price per sq ft, median days on market, verified and furnished share, listings with a price drop. Uses every matching listing, also unchanged ones in monitoring mode.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Requests go out without a proxy first. Only if Property Finder blocks them is this proxy used (at most 3 new IPs, then the run stops and reports it). Bot checks are never solved.
