## Pricing

from $0.60 / 1,000 job listings

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Workday Jobs Scraper: Any myworkdayjobs.com Career Site

Export public jobs from selected Workday career sites using full myworkdayjobs.com board URLs. Get descriptions, locations, dates and application links where available, plus rule-based salary extraction, seniority and job function. Detection, source access, filters and limits determine coverage. No browser, proxy or login is required.

### Quick start

Start with one full board URL, monitoring off and no salary/date filters. Check COMPANIES: a company-not-found result does not mean no changes. Publish-date filtering and unseen-ID monitoring are different. Older jobs missed by limits can appear as new later; missing salary/date fields can exclude jobs under strict filters.

```json
{
  "companies": [
    "https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite"
  ],
  "postedWithin": "any",
  "includeDescription": false,
  "onlyNewSinceLastRun": false,
  "maxItems": 10,
  "maxItemsPerCompany": 10
}
```

### Why this one

- **Selected Workday sites, many at once.** Paste one or hundreds of board URLs, or a company careers page that links to its Workday board: the board is found for you.
- **Salary that Workday doesn't give you.** Workday has no salary field, but US pay-transparency ranges sit in the description. They are parsed into `salaryMin`, `salaryMax`, `salaryCurrency`, `salaryPeriod` (with `salarySource: "description"`).
- **All locations, real dates.** Every additional location of a job, and the actual posting date (not just "Posted 30+ Days Ago").
- **Last 24 hours / new jobs only.** Filter by publish date, or switch on *Only new jobs since last run* and schedule it daily.
- **Filters:** keywords (title or description), exclude words, location / country, remote / hybrid / on-site, seniority, job function, minimum yearly salary.
- **Efficient:** filters that don't need the description are applied *before* job details are fetched, so you only wait for (and pay for) the jobs you want. A per-company cap keeps a 2,000-job board from eating your whole run.
- **Transparent:** a `COMPANIES` report shows each input, open jobs and matched jobs; a `HEALTH` report flags format changes.

### Advanced filter example

This narrow example may return no matches. Add filters gradually; missing dates or salaries can exclude jobs. Unseen IDs are not necessarily newly published jobs.

```json
{
  "companies": [
    "https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite",
    "https://adobe.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/external_experienced",
    "https://intel.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com/External"
  ],
  "keywords": ["engineer"],
  "locations": ["Remote", "CA"],
  "postedWithin": "24h",
  "minYearlySalary": 150000,
  "salaryCurrency": "USD",
  "onlyNewSinceLastRun": true,
  "maxItems": 1000,
  "maxItemsPerCompany": 200
}
```

**Where do I find the URL?** Open the company's job search page; if the address contains `myworkdayjobs.com`, copy it (anything after the site name, like `/job/...`, is fine).

### Output

```json
{
  "id": "workday:wd5:nvidia:NVIDIAExternalCareerSite:JR2023960",
  "company": "NVIDIA",
  "title": "Senior Compute Platform Engineer, LSF - EDA Infrastructure",
  "seniority": "senior",
  "jobFunction": "engineering",
  "locations": ["US, CA, Remote", "US, TX, Austin", "US, Remote"],
  "country": "United States of America",
  "workplaceType": "remote",
  "employmentType": "Full time",
  "salaryMin": 184000, "salaryMax": 287500, "salaryCurrency": "USD", "salaryPeriod": "yearly",
  "salarySource": "description",
  "publishedAt": "2026-10-04T00:00:00Z",
  "url": "https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite/job/...",
  "descriptionText": "..."
}
```

Export as JSON, CSV, Excel or via API.

### Pricing

FREE-tier event rates checked on 11 October 2026 (FREE is the tier name, not a free run):

- `apify-actor-start`: $0.001 per event.
- `result`: $0.001 per event.

Start event count depends on memory: one per GB, minimum one. Zero output can still incur start and applicable run costs. Row prices do not guarantee the total invoice. Store pricing is authoritative; rates and tier discounts may change.
Pay per result: **$1.00 per 1,000 jobs** ($0.001 each), full description and enrichment included, plus $0.001 per run start. Only jobs that pass your filters are charged.

### Need other ATS too?

The same engine also covers Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Teamtailor, BambooHR, Recruitee, Personio and Breezy, with automatic ATS detection from company names: see **Career Page Jobs Scraper** by datasmithlab.

### Notes

- Only public job listings that companies publish are collected. No personal data and no recruiter contact details.
- Seniority, job function and description salaries are rule-based and can occasionally be wrong; the original title is returned; text is included when requested and available.
- Not affiliated with Workday, Inc. Use the data in line with applicable laws and each site's terms.
- Found a bug or need a field? Open an issue in the Issues tab.

# Actor input Schema

## `companies` (type: `array`):

One per line: a Workday board URL (e.g. https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite) or a company careers page that links to its Workday board.

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose title contains at least one of these words or phrases (whole-word match). Leave empty for all jobs.

## `searchInDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Match keywords in the full job description too, not only the title.

## `excludeKeywords` (type: `array`):

Drop jobs whose title contains any of these (e.g. Senior, Intern).

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose location or country code contains one of these (e.g. Berlin, Germany, Remote, DE).

## `departments` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose department or team contains one of these (e.g. Engineering, Sales).

## `workplaceTypes` (type: `array`):

Leave empty for all. 'Not stated' = the ATS gives no workplace info.

## `seniority` (type: `array`):

Detected from the job title (and the ATS level field when available). Leave empty for all.

## `jobFunctions` (type: `array`):

Detected from the job title, department and ATS category. Leave empty for all.

## `minYearlySalary` (type: `integer`):

Keep jobs whose salary (top of the range, converted to yearly; hourly × 2080) is at least this amount. Jobs that don't state a salary are dropped when set. Combine with Salary currency.

## `salaryCurrency` (type: `string`):

Only jobs paying in this currency. Recommended with Minimum yearly salary.

## `postedWithin` (type: `string`):

Only jobs published in this window. Jobs without a publish date are dropped when set.

## `onlyNewSinceLastRun` (type: `boolean`):

Returns only jobs you have not received before with the same companies and filters. Ideal for scheduled daily monitoring.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Adds the full job description (HTML and plain text). Turn off for smaller, faster exports. Same price either way.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many jobs in total.

## `maxItemsPerCompany` (type: `integer`):

Optional cap per company, so one large employer (e.g. a 2,000-job Workday board) does not use up Max jobs. Leave empty for no per-company cap.
