## Pricing

from $0.28 / 1,000 products

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Shopify Products Scraper – Prices, Stock, Variants & Price Changes

Get the full public product catalogue of any Shopify store as clean JSON, CSV or Excel: **prices, sale status, stock, variants, SKUs, images, tags and dates**. Optionally detect **price drops, price increases, restocks and sell-outs** between scheduled runs.

It reads the store's public catalogue feed with plain HTTP – no browser, no login, no API key. Failed stores produce a clear error row instead of crashing the run.

### What you get

| Feature | Details |
|---|---|
| Whole catalogue | All products of a store, or a single collection |
| Prices | Lowest/highest price, compare-at price, on-sale flag, discount % and currency |
| Stock | Product availability and number of in-stock variants |
| Variants | SKU, price, compare-at price, availability, options, weight |
| Content | Title, vendor, product type, tags, plain-text description, all image URLs |
| Filters | Only in stock, only on sale, only updated since a date |
| Change detection | priceDrop, priceIncrease, backInStock, soldOut, new, unchanged vs. the previous run |
| Many stores | Up to 200 store domains per run |

### Use cases

- **Price monitoring:** track competitor prices and discounts daily.
- **Stock alerts:** know when a product sells out or comes back.
- **Assortment research:** see what a store sells, which vendors and which new products.
- **Dropshipping and marketplaces:** import catalogues into your own tools.

### How to use it

1. Enter one or more **store domains** (for example `allbirds.com`).
2. Set the **max products per store**; optionally choose a collection or filters.
3. Turn on **Detect price and stock changes** for monitoring and schedule the Actor (for example daily). The first run stores a baseline, later runs report changes.
4. Click **Start** and download the data as JSON, CSV or Excel, or use the API.

#### Input example

```json
{
  "stores": ["allbirds.com"],
  "maxProductsPerStore": 50,
  "onlyAvailable": false,
  "includeVariants": true,
  "monitorChanges": true
}
```

#### Output example

```json
{
  "store": "allbirds.com",
  "productId": 7340901859408,
  "handle": "womens-flip-flop-dusty-pink",
  "title": "Women's Flip Flop - Dusty Pink",
  "url": "https://allbirds.com/products/womens-flip-flop-dusty-pink",
  "vendor": "Allbirds",
  "productType": "Flip Flops",
  "tags": ["women"],
  "currency": "USD",
  "priceMin": 50.0,
  "priceMax": 50.0,
  "compareAtPrice": null,
  "onSale": false,
  "discountPercent": null,
  "available": true,
  "variantCount": 7,
  "inStockVariantCount": 1,
  "imageUrl": "https://cdn.shopify.com/...jpg",
  "variants": [{"variantId": 1, "title": "10", "sku": "A12513W100", "price": 50.0, "compareAtPrice": null, "available": true}],
  "changeType": "baseline",
  "createdAt": "2022-05-01T10:00:00Z",
  "updatedAt": "2026-10-20T08:12:00Z",
  "scrapedAt": "2026-10-29T06:00:00Z"
}
```

Error rows contain the `store` and an `error` message.

### Run summary

Every run saves a `RUN_STATS` record (Storage → Key-value store) with the number of stores and products processed, failed stores with reasons, and retry counts.

### Pricing

Pay per result, no start fee:

| Event | When it is charged |
|---|---|
| Product | Once per product returned with data |
| Change detected (add-on) | Per product with a price change, restock or sell-out, only if change detection is on |

Failed stores, empty results and error rows are **never charged**. Exact prices are on the Pricing tab.

### FAQ

**Which stores work?** Shopify stores whose public catalogue feed is enabled. Password-protected stores or stores that disabled the feed return an error row.

**How does change detection work?** The Actor remembers price and availability of each product per store (in a named key-value store in your account) and compares on the next run. The first run is a baseline.

**Are exact stock counts included?** No. The public feed only exposes whether a variant is available, not quantities.

**Is it legal?** The Actor reads only publicly available product data, no logins and no personal data. You are responsible for using the data in line with applicable laws and each store's terms.

# Actor input Schema

## `stores` (type: `array`):

Shopify store domains or URLs, one per line (for example allbirds.com). Up to 200 stores per run.

## `maxProductsPerStore` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many products per store. Each product that is returned is charged once.

## `collection` (type: `string`):

Only scrape one collection. Use the part after /collections/ in the store URL, for example mens-shoes. Leave empty for the whole catalogue.

## `onlyAvailable` (type: `boolean`):

Skip products where every variant is sold out.

## `onlyOnSale` (type: `boolean`):

Only return products with a compare-at price higher than the current price.

## `updatedSince` (type: `string`):

Only products changed on or after this date. Format YYYY-MM-DD.

## `includeVariants` (type: `boolean`):

Adds the list of variants with SKU, price, compare-at price and availability.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Adds the product description as plain text.

## `monitorChanges` (type: `boolean`):

Compares every product with the previous run on the same store and adds changeType (priceDrop, priceIncrease, backInStock, soldOut, new, unchanged), previousPriceMin and priceChangePercent. The first run only stores a baseline. Detected changes are charged as an add-on.

## `onlyChanged` (type: `boolean`):

With change detection on, return only products with a price change, restock or sell-out. Ideal for scheduled daily runs.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

The default works for most stores. If a store blocks a request, the Actor retries with a new IP and falls back to residential proxies automatically.

## `maxRetries` (type: `integer`):

How many times to retry with a fresh IP when a request is blocked.

## `maxConcurrency` (type: `integer`):

How many stores to process at the same time.
