## Changelog

### 0.1 (21 October 2026)

First version.

- Finds each company's job board from its website: links and embeds on the homepage, the careers page (in 11 languages) and one level below it, then the company's name on the main job boards, with a check that a board found by name belongs to the company.
- Reads public job feeds from Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable and Personio. Names more than 20 other job systems (for example Workday) when a website uses them.
- One row per company (open jobs, jobs posted in the last 7 and 30 days, hiring by department, function, seniority, location and country, remote share, salary transparency, newest jobs) or one row per job.
- Job title and location keyword filters.
- Change tracking between scheduled runs: jobs opened and closed, new-job flag, and an only-new-jobs option.
- Pay per company whose job board was read (plus Apify's start fee per run), and per job row in one-row-per-job output; companies without a supported board, and failed ones, are not charged.
- Fixed on 21 October 2026: the `billed` counts in the run summary (SUMMARY) counted each charged row twice. The charges themselves were always right.
- No personal data: no recruiter names, emails or phone numbers, and no job descriptions.
- robots.txt handled as RFC 9309 says: a missing file allows the website; a server error, "too many requests" or no answer means the website is not loaded, and `statusDetail` says why (for example HTTP 503).
- Private and local network addresses are refused for every request, including redirects and host names that point to them. Public ranges next to them, such as the one WordPress.com and WordPress VIP sites use, are allowed.
- Public suffixes that are websites themselves (for example gov.uk) are accepted as input.
- A job board that answers "too many requests" or not at all while the company's name is tried is not taken for "no board": the company is checked again later in the run, and if the board still cannot be checked, `statusDetail` and `warnings` say so. After a "too many requests" answer, that job board gets a short rest before any new request.
- Workable's name is only tried when the website shows a Workable job widget, because Workable rate-limits name checks. Workable boards that the website links to, or that are in the input, are always read.
- Runs use 4 GB of memory and check 20 companies at a time by default (512 MB ran out of memory on companies with thousands of jobs).
