## Pricing

Pay per usage

This Actor is paid per platform usage. The Actor is free to use, and you only pay for the Apify platform usage, which gets cheaper the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Job Postings Scraper - Greenhouse, Lever, Workday & 6 ATS

Get every open job **straight from the company's own applicant tracking system**, not from a job board that copied it. Type a company name, its website or its careers board URL; the Actor finds the board and returns all jobs in one consistent format.

Supported: **Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee, Personio, Breezy HR and Workday**.

Every run remembers what it saw, so you can ask for **only the jobs that are new since the last run**: schedule it daily and you have hiring alerts for any list of companies.

### Output

| Field | What it means |
|---|---|
| `company`, `ats`, `board` | What you typed, the system found, and the board ID |
| `jobId`, `title`, `department`, `team` | The job |
| `location`, `locations`, `country`, `isRemote`, `workplaceType` | Where |
| `employmentType` | Full-time, contract… as the company states it |
| `salary` | When the company publishes it (common on Ashby, Lever, Recruitee) |
| `postedAt` / `postedOnText`, `updatedAt` | Dates as given by the ATS (Workday gives text like "Posted Yesterday") |
| `isNew`, `firstSeenAt` | New since your last run, and when this Actor first saw it |
| `url`, `applyUrl` | Job page and application page |
| `description` | Plain text, optional |

Real run, 8 companies typed as names, websites or URLs (Ramp, Notion, Airbnb, Bosch Group, bunq, Hugging Face, Spotify, NVIDIA): all 8 boards found automatically, 388 jobs in under a minute. Example row:

```json
{"company": "Ramp", "ats": "ashby", "title": "Security Engineer, Cloud", "department": "Engineering", "location": "New York, NY (HQ)", "isRemote": true, "workplaceType": "Hybrid", "salary": "$211.4K – $290.6K • Offers Equity", "postedAt": "2026-04-07T17:12:35.753+00:00", "isNew": false}
```

### Filters

- **Job title contains** / **must NOT contain** (e.g. keep "engineer", drop "intern").
- **Location contains** and **Remote jobs only**.
- **Posted within the last N days** (works with Workday's "Posted 3 Days Ago" too).
- **Only jobs new since the last run**, so a scheduled run never pays twice for the same posting.

### Who uses it

- **Recruiters and sales teams**: hiring is a buying signal. Get alerts when target accounts open roles.
- **Job seekers and job boards**: fresh jobs directly from the source, with apply links.
- **Analysts and investors**: track headcount plans across companies.

### Pricing

Pay per result: **one charge per job row**. Rows for companies without a supported board and for closed jobs are free. Use *Only jobs new since the last run* on a schedule to pay only for fresh postings. Set a maximum cost per run and the Actor stops cleanly when it is reached.

### Notes

- Uses the public job board endpoints that these systems publish for companies' career pages. No login.
- No recruiter names or emails are collected.
- If a company is not found by name, give its careers page or website instead.

# Actor input Schema

## `companies` (type: `array`):

Company names ("Ramp"), websites ("huggingface.co") or job board URLs ("https://jobs.lever.co/spotify", "https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite"). The Actor finds the board by itself.

## `titleKeywords` (type: `array`):

e.g. engineer, sales, product. Leave empty for all jobs.

## `locationKeywords` (type: `array`):

e.g. London, Germany, Remote.

## `excludeTitleKeywords` (type: `array`):

Drop jobs whose title contains any of these, e.g. intern, senior, manager.

## `remoteOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only jobs marked remote or with "remote" in the location.

## `postedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

Keep only jobs posted in the last N days. Jobs without a known posting date are left out when this is set.

## `onlyNew` (type: `boolean`):

The first run of a company returns everything; later runs return only new postings. Great for alerts on a schedule.

## `includeClosed` (type: `boolean`):

Adds a free row for each job that disappeared from the board.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Adds the long text fields. Off keeps the output small.

## `maxJobsPerCompany` (type: `integer`):

Upper limit of jobs returned for each company.

## `historyStoreName` (type: `string`):

Named key-value store in your account that remembers which jobs were already seen.

## `maxConcurrency` (type: `integer`):

How many pages to fetch in parallel. Lower it if you see blocks.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Proxy used for the requests. The default works for most runs.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "companies": [
    "Ramp",
    "https://jobs.lever.co/spotify"
  ],
  "maxConcurrency": 5,
  "proxyConfiguration": {
    "useApifyProxy": true
  }
}
```

# Actor output Schema

## `results` (type: `string`):

One row per job, with new jobs since the last run marked.
