## Pricing

Pay per usage

This Actor is paid per platform usage. The Actor is free to use, and you only pay for the Apify platform usage, which gets cheaper the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## EU Tender Monitor (TED): only new tenders, with a deadline countdown

**A daily feed of NEW public tenders from Tenders Electronic Daily (TED), the EU's official procurement journal. Filter by country, CPV code and keywords. You only get notices you have not seen before, each with the number of days left until the deadline.**

### English

#### What does it do?

Search tools return the same tenders every day. This actor **remembers what it already delivered**, so a daily or hourly schedule gives you only the genuinely new opportunities, and you never pay twice for the same tender.

- Official **TED Search API**. No login, no proxy, no browser.
- Filters: buyer country (ISO-2 or ISO-3), CPV codes and prefixes, keywords, look-back window, open calls only
- **`daysLeft`** until the earliest submission deadline, plus a `minDaysLeft` filter
- Titles in German, English or French. Links to the notice and its PDF.
- Run several independent monitors at once (`stateStoreName`), e.g. one per customer or sector
- Robust: retries with back-off, timeouts, safe pagination, and readable errors for invalid queries

#### Typical use

1. Set countries `DE, AT` and CPV `72` (IT services).
2. Schedule it daily.
3. Send new rows to Slack, email, Google Sheets, Make, Zapier or n8n through the Apify integrations.

#### Input example

```json
{ "countries": ["DE", "AT"], "cpvPrefixes": ["72", "48"], "keywords": ["Cloud"], "daysBack": 7, "onlyNew": true, "minDaysLeft": 10 }
```

#### Output example

```json
{ "publicationNumber": "705067-2026", "publicationDate": "2026-10-13", "noticeType": "cn-standard",
  "title": "VEEAM Handelspartnervergabe", "buyer": "Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes", "buyerCity": "Berlin", "buyerCountry": "DEU",
  "cpvCodes": ["72268000"], "deadline": "2026-11-10", "daysLeft": 29,
  "url": "https://ted.europa.eu/de/notice/-/detail/705067-2026", "pdfUrl": "https://ted.europa.eu/de/notice/705067-2026/pdf" }
```

#### How much does it cost? (pay per event)

| Event | Price |
|---|---|
| `tender` – per delivered tender notice | **USD 0.003** |
| `apify-actor-start` – per run (Apify default) | USD 0.00005 |

Repeated notices are free, because they are not delivered again. A daily alert with ~10 new tenders costs about **USD 0.90 per month**. `maxItems` caps the cost per run. The current price is always shown on the Pricing tab.

#### FAQ

- **Why do I see nothing new?** With `onlyNew` on, tenders already delivered are skipped for 120 days. The form starts with `onlyNew` off so a test run always shows results – switch it on for your schedule (API default: on).
- **Several alerts?** Use a separate `stateStoreName` per alert.
- **German national tenders?** Use our *German Tender Monitor* for below-threshold notices from oeffentlichevergabe.de.

#### Notes

- TED only covers tenders above the EU thresholds and voluntary publications. National below-threshold tenders are not included.
- Data © European Union, TED (reuse permitted under Commission Decision 2011/833/EU). This actor is not affiliated with the EU Publications Office.

### Deutsch

#### Was macht der Actor?

#### So geht's

# Actor input Schema

## `countries` (type: `array`):

ISO-2 or ISO-3 codes, e.g. DE, AT, CH or DEU, AUT. Empty = all countries.

## `cpvPrefixes` (type: `array`):

e.g. 72 (IT services), 48 (software), 45 (construction works), 79 (business services). Shorter prefix = broader.

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

Full-text search in the notice; any keyword matches.

## `daysBack` (type: `integer`):

Publication date window. For a daily schedule 3–7 days is plenty (onlyNew prevents duplicates).

## `onlyContractNotices` (type: `boolean`):

Excludes award notices, prior information notices etc.

## `onlyNew` (type: `boolean`):

Remembers delivered notices (120 days) in a named key-value store. You never pay twice for the same tender. Switch ON for scheduled alerts (API default: on).

## `minDaysLeft` (type: `integer`):

Skip tenders closing sooner than this. Notices without a deadline are kept.

## `language` (type: `string`):

Language used for tender titles, buyer names and cities when TED provides several translations (falls back to English, then any available language).

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Upper limit of tenders returned per run. Keeps cost predictable; raise it for a first full backfill.

## `expertQuery` (type: `string`):

Native TED search syntax, e.g. organisation-country-buyer IN (DEU) AND classification-cpv IN (72\*).

## `stateStoreName` (type: `string`):

Use different names to run several independent monitors (e.g. one per customer). Letters, digits and dashes.

```
# Actor output Schema
