## Pricing

from $2.80 / 1,000 company founds

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## B2B Company Firmographics by Domain

Give it a list of company domains. Get back one row per company with its firmographics, ready to
drop into a Clay table or a CRM.

### What you get

Name, industry, employee range and count, revenue range, location, country, founded year, company
type, NAICS and SIC codes, technologies, funding (total, stage, last round), LinkedIn URL, logo,
description, and the date the record was last refreshed.

### Coverage

About 42,700 companies, refreshed in the last 6 months, 73% in the United States. The base grew
from B2B target accounts, so it is strongest on software, IT services, security, financial
services, insurance and health care, and thin on very small local businesses.

Not every field is filled for every company. Share of companies with each field: industry 98%,
employee count 93%, technologies 84%, NAICS 75%, revenue range 62%, funding 52%. An empty field
comes back as `null`; you pay per company found, not per field.

### Pricing

| Event | Price | When |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `company-firmographics` | USD 0.004 (USD 4 per 1,000) | Per company found |

A domain we do not hold costs nothing. Example: 1,000 domains, 700 found = USD 2.80.

### Input

| Field | Notes |
| --- | --- |
| `domains` | Domains, website URLs or work emails |

### Using it from Clay

Add an Apify enrichment, pick this actor, map your domain column to `domains`, and read the columns
you need from the result (`industry`, `employee_range`, `revenue_range`, `country`).

### Need buying signals too?

See **Security and AI Buying Signals** (stored signals) and **Company News Research** (live search
for any domain), from the same developer.

### Data and privacy

Company-level data only. No personal data is returned.

### FAQ

**How much does it cost to enrich 1,000 domains?**
USD 4 per 1,000 companies found. Domains we do not hold are free, so 1,000 domains with 700 found cost USD 2.80.

**Where does the data come from?**
From a maintained database of about 42,700 B2B companies built from company websites, public filings and commercial data providers, and kept up to date.

**Can I use it in Clay?**
Yes. Add an Apify enrichment, pick this actor, map your domain column to `domains` and read the fields you need.
