## Pricing

from $7.00 / 1,000 company scoreds

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## ICP Fit Score

Describe your ideal customer once, in plain words. Send a list of company domains. Every company
comes back with a **1-10 fit score**, an **action** (work it, maybe, skip) and **the reason** in one
sentence, so you know which rows of your Clay table deserve a sequence and which to drop.

### How it judges

Each company is judged ONLY from its own description (our company profile, or its homepage when we
have none) plus the facts we hold: industry, headcount, revenue range, headquarters, technologies.
It never guesses from what a model "remembers" about a company. A company we cannot judge comes
back as `Unknown` and is not charged.

| Score | Action |
| --- | --- |
| 7-10 | Work it |
| 4-6 | Maybe |
| 1-3 | Skip |

Write the ICP the way you would brief a new SDR: "Mid-size and large companies (500+ employees) in
financial services or healthcare that run workloads in AWS or Azure. Not consulting firms."
Exclusions are applied literally.

### Output

One row per domain: `fit_score`, `action`, `reason`, `evidence` (a quote or fact the score rests
on), `source` (profile or homepage).

### Pricing

| Event | Price | When |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `company-scored` | USD 0.01 (USD 10 per 1,000) | Per company that got a score |

`Unknown` domains and domains that failed are free. The run never scores more domains than your
maximum charge allows. Example: 1,000 domains, 950 scored = USD 9.50.

### Input

| Field | Notes |
| --- | --- |
| `icp` | Your ideal customer, in a sentence or two |
| `domains` | Domains, website URLs or work emails |

### Related

**In-Market Timing Score** tells you which of your fitting accounts to contact now, and
**B2B Company Firmographics by Domain** returns the company data itself.

### Data and privacy

Company-level data only. No personal data is returned. Your ICP text is used for the run and not
stored.

### FAQ

**How do I describe my ICP?**
In a sentence or two: industry, size, region, technology, situation, and who to exclude. Plain language works best.

**How much does it cost?**
USD 10 per 1,000 companies scored. Unknown domains and failed lookups are free.

**Is my ICP stored?**
No. The ICP text is used for the run and not stored.
