## Greenhouse Jobs Scraper: Lever & Ashby Jobs

Export every open role from public **Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby job boards** into one clean Apify dataset. Give the Actor company board tokens and it returns hundreds of current jobs in one run, ready for CSV, Excel, JSON, Make, Zapier, an Apify schedule, or your own data pipeline.

This is a feed, not a change alert. It removes the repetitive work of opening company career pages, paging through roles, copying fields, and normalizing three different ATS formats.

### What it is for

- **Recruiting research:** export the full hiring footprint of target employers.
- **Job-search feeds:** combine current openings from several companies in one dataset.
- **Market intelligence:** compare departments, locations, remote policies, and hiring volume.
- **Sales signals:** find companies hiring into teams that may need your product.

### Input

Add up to 20 public ATS boards. Each item needs two values:

- `provider`: `greenhouse`, `lever`, or `ashby`.
- `company`: the public board token visible in the job-board URL.

`maxJobsPerBoard` controls the maximum number of rows exported per company, from 1 to 2,000. Its default is 1,000, so large company feeds work without extra configuration.

The Actor also writes a summary with the number of jobs exported per board and any board-level error. One invalid company token does not throw away successful results from the other boards.

### How to find the company token

- Greenhouse URLs usually contain `boards.greenhouse.io/<company>` or `job-boards.greenhouse.io/<company>`.
- Lever URLs use `jobs.lever.co/<company>`.
- Ashby URLs use `jobs.ashbyhq.com/<company>`.

Copy only the `<company>` segment into the input. No login, browser cookies, proxy, or API key is required.

### Limits and responsible use

The Actor reads official public job-feed endpoints only. It does not access candidate profiles, emails, phone numbers, authenticated systems, or private hiring data. Results reflect what each employer currently publishes and may omit fields that the employer leaves blank. Keep run frequency reasonable and follow the terms applicable to your use case.
