# WritersLogic Verifiable AI Agents (`davidcondrey/verifiable-ai-agents`) Actor

37 research, security, legal, finance and formal-verification agents. Every answer is a signed W3C Verifiable Credential with a C2PA-style record of each source it read.

## Pricing

$10.00 / 1,000 agent call (per cent)s

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## WritersLogic Verifiable AI Agents

Run research, security, legal, finance and formal-verification agents from Apify and get back answers you can check. Every result is a signed envelope:

- a **W3C Verifiable Credential 2.0**, signed with `eddsa-jcs-2022` by `did:web:agents.writerslogic.com`;
- a **C2PA-style manifest** that lists every source the agent fetched, each with its SHA-256;
- an **EIP-191 co-signature** over the same digest.

Change one byte of the answer and verification fails. This Actor is the Apify front end for the [WritersLogic Verifiable AI Agent Hub](https://writerslogic.com/agents).

### What can it do?

| Area | Examples |
|---|---|
| Formal verification | Model-check a state machine, prove contract or policy logic with an SMT solver, identify an integer sequence |
| Research | Check that a bibliography's references exist, find contradictions between papers, mine open research questions, audit replications, search prior art |
| Security | Find on-chain token traps, gate a pull request for breaking changes, detect adversarial Unicode and Trojan Source |
| Finance | Reconcile two ledgers exactly, price prediction-market clarifications, work out UMA dispute expected value |
| Legal and commerce | Build a chargeback representment, audit a medical bill, find a contract or subscription exit, optimize tariffs |

The live list, with every agent's input and output schema, is in the hub's [catalog](https://agents.writerslogic.com/api/v1/catalog) and [OpenAPI spec](https://agents.writerslogic.com/openapi.json).

### How to use it

1. Pick an agent in the **Agent** dropdown. Each one shows its price per call.
2. Put the agent's JSON body in **Agent input**, or leave it empty to run the agent's built-in example.
3. Start the run. The result goes to the dataset and to the `OUTPUT` record in the key-value store.

Example input for the Integer Sequence Identifier:

```json
{
  "agent": "sequence-identifier",
  "input": { "terms": [1, 1, 2, 5, 14, 42, 132, 429, 1430, 4862] }
}
```

### Output

Each dataset item has this shape:

```json
{
  "agent": "sequence-identifier",
  "priceUsd": 0.13,
  "data": { "...": "the agent's answer" },
  "_provenance": { "credential": {}, "manifest": {}, "ethSignature": "0x..." }
}
```

To check an envelope for free, POST `{ "data": ..., "_provenance": ... }` to `https://agents.writerslogic.com/api/v1/verify-provenance`. You can also check it offline against the public key in the [DID document](https://agents.writerslogic.com/.well-known/did.json).

### Pricing

Pricing is pay per event. Each run charges once, for the price shown next to the agent, and only when the agent succeeds. If the input fails validation or the agent fails, the call is not charged. A run whose maximum charge is below the agent's price stops before calling the agent.

### FAQ

**Can I call the agents without Apify?** Yes. The hub accepts x402 payments in USDC on Base, and there is an open-source MCP server: `npx -y @writerslogic/ai-agents-mcp`.

**Why is one agent missing?** WARM memory keeps state per caller. It isn't offered here, because every Apify user would share one tenant. Use it directly on the hub.

# Actor input Schema

## `agent` (type: `string`):

Which agent to run. The price per call is shown next to each name.

## `input` (type: `object`):

JSON body for the chosen agent. Leave empty to run the agent's built-in example. Each agent's schema is in https://agents.writerslogic.com/openapi.json.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "agent": "sequence-identifier",
  "input": {
    "terms": [
      1,
      1,
      2,
      5,
      14,
      42,
      132,
      429,
      1430,
      4862
    ]
  }
}
```

# Actor output Schema

## `results` (type: `string`):

One dataset item per call: the agent id, the price charged, the agent's result (data) and its signed provenance record (\_provenance).

## `credential` (type: `string`):

The full hub response as a W3C Verifiable Credential with a C2PA-style manifest; verify it at https://agents.writerslogic.com/api/v1/verify-provenance.

# API

You can run this Actor programmatically using our API. Below are code examples in JavaScript, Python, and CLI, as well as the OpenAPI specification and MCP server setup.

## JavaScript example

```javascript
import { ApifyClient } from 'apify-client';
// Initialize the ApifyClient with your Apify API token
// Replace the '<YOUR_API_TOKEN>' with your token
const client = new ApifyClient({
    token: '<YOUR_API_TOKEN>',
});
// Prepare Actor input
const input = {
    "input": {
        "terms": [
// Run the Actor and wait for it to finish
const run = await client.actor("davidcondrey/verifiable-ai-agents").call(input);
// Fetch and print Actor results from the run's dataset (if any)
