This actor returns California contractors with a **phone number** and the **exact date their workers-compensation policy expires**, so you can call the ones whose coverage renews in the next 30, 60, or 90 days. That renewal window is when a contractor is actually shopping — the difference between a cold list and a timed lead.

Built from **CSLB public license records** (California Contractors State License Board).
