## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Poland ATS Jobs Feed: Traffit career sites

Get job ads **straight from the career sites of 150+ Polish employers** that recruit with the Traffit ATS: software
houses, banks and fintechs, retail, manufacturing, logistics and staffing agencies. No job-board middlemen,
no duplicates across portals, no login.

Every ad becomes one clean, normalised record: title, city and region, **work mode** (remote / hybrid / on-site),
**contract type** (UoP, B2B, umowa zlecenie...), seniority, **salary range with currency and period**, a plain-text
description and the apply link.

### What you can use it for

- **Job aggregators and niche job boards**: add hundreds of fresh Polish ads that are not on the big portals yet.
- **Recruitment agencies and sourcers**: see who is hiring for what, before the ad is syndicated.
- **Salary benchmarking and labour-market research**: salary ranges normalised to numbers, currency and period.
- **Sales intelligence**: companies that are hiring are companies that are growing.
- **AI agents and RAG pipelines**: structured, deduplicated job data via the Apify API or MCP.

### How it works

1. The actor scans the public job feed of each employer's Traffit career site (the built-in directory, your own
   list of companies, or both).
2. Each ad is normalised: HTML turned into text, contact e-mails and phone numbers removed, salary and work mode
   detected from the ad.
3. Your filters are applied (keywords, locations, work mode, posting date).
4. With **Only jobs new since the last run** on, a scheduled run returns only ads you have not received before:
a ready-made job alert. The memory is kept separately for each combination of companies and filters, so
several alerts never hide each other's jobs; an ad still open on the career site is never returned twice.

### Input

| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Companies | Traffit career sites to scan: subdomain (`zen`) or URL (`https://zen.traffit.com/career/`) |
| Scan the built-in directory | Also scan every employer in the built-in directory (on by default) |
| Keywords | Keep jobs whose title or text contains any of these words (e.g. `python`, `księgowa`) |
| Locations | Keep jobs in these cities or regions (e.g. `Warszawa`, `Małopolskie`) |
| Work mode | Any, remote, hybrid or on-site |
| Posted within (days) | Only jobs published in the last N days |
| Only jobs new since the last run | Ideal for daily or hourly schedules |
| Include the full description | Adds the plain-text description |
| Maximum jobs | Stop after this many jobs |

### Pricing

Pay per event, no subscription. The prices are on the **Pricing** tab; you are charged for two events:

| Event | When |
|---|---|
| Career site scanned (`company-board-scanned`) | once per career site read in the run |
| Job (`job`) | once per job saved to the dataset |

- Jobs make up most of the cost of a full scan; with **Only jobs new since the last run** a scheduled run pays
mainly the per-site fee plus the new jobs.
- Filters are applied after a site is read, so a narrow filter lowers the job fees, not the site fees. List
only the **Companies** you need and switch off the built-in directory for the cheapest runs.
- The form starts with **Maximum jobs** = 100 for a cheap first run; raise it for a full scan (about 7,000 jobs).
- Set a maximum cost per run in Apify and the actor stops cleanly when it is reached, after delivering the jobs
of the last site it charged for.

### Data and privacy

Only public job ads that employers publish for distribution are read. The actor removes e-mail addresses, phone
numbers and the names after contact labels ("Osoba kontaktowa: ...") from titles, attributes and descriptions,
and outputs no candidate data. You are responsible for using the
data in line with the law that applies to you (e.g. GDPR) and with the sites' terms.

### Missing an employer?

Add any Traffit career site in **Companies**. Want another Polish ATS (eRecruiter, HRappka) or a feature?
