**Use case:** 

Paste one Yelp business URL and pull its full review history for analysis. Each record includes review_text, review_date, latest_reviewer_rating, latest_reviewer_name, latest_reviewer_location and helpful_count, plus business fields like average_rating and total_reviews. This demo caps Max_reviews at 100 for a fast run; set Max_reviews to 0 to collect every review.
