- Requests to Apple now come from one address at Apple's pace of about 20 a minute, so large inputs take longer. After a rate limit the actor waits and slows down, and if Apple keeps limiting it or refuses access, it stops asking Apple instead of switching IP addresses and returns the rows collected so far.

*Fixes*

- Charts now come from Apple's official chart feed. It has the top free and top paid charts, up to 100 places each. Top grossing, new apps and Mac charts are no longer available and return no rows with a warning; the iPad charts return the iPhone chart.
- A chart category now returns the apps of that category found in the overall top 100, numbered in chart order, because the feed has no category charts.
