## Pricing

from $0.50 / 1,000 jobs

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Computrabajo Jobs Scraper

Computrabajo runs job boards in 18 Latin American countries, one site per country. Each row is one job ad: title, employer and its rating, city and state, the salary as posted and as a number in local currency, contract, hours, education, years of experience, every listed requirement and the full description. Choose a country, enter a Spanish keyword such as `contador` and click **Start**. Many employers post no pay: 268 of 600 ads in a September 2026 run said only `A convenir`. It costs $1.00 per 1,000 jobs on the Free plan ($0.50 on Business), and the $5 of monthly credit in Apify's Free plan covers about 5,000 jobs.

### What each row contains

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `title`, `url` | Job title as the employer wrote it, e.g. `Auxiliar contable Bogotá`, and the job page. |
| `company`, `companyUrl` | Employer and its page on Computrabajo. Employers that hide their name show as `Importante empresa del sector`. |
| `companyRating`, `companyVerified` | Average employee rating from 1 to 5 where the site shows one (283 of 600 ads in a September 2026 run), and `true` when Computrabajo marks the employer as verified. |
| `location`, `city`, `state` | Place as the ad shows it, e.g. `Bogotá, D.C., Bogotá, D.C.`, split into city and state, department or province. |
| `workplace` | `Remote` or `Hybrid` when the ad says so. Ads without that label leave it empty. |
| `salaryText` | Pay exactly as posted: `$ 2.200.000,00 (Mensual)` in Colombia, `$ 13,000.00 (Mensual)` in Mexico, `S/. 1.200,00 (Mensual)` in Peru, or `A convenir` (to be agreed). |
| `salaryMin`, `salaryMax`, `salaryPeriod`, `salaryCurrency` | The same pay as numbers with the period (`monthly`, `biweekly`, `weekly`, `daily`, `yearly` or `hourly`) and the currency of the country site, e.g. `COP`. |
| `commission` | `true` when the salary is followed by `+ Comisiones`. |
| `contractType`, `hours`, `employmentType` | Contract and hours as written, e.g. `Contrato a término fijo` and `Tiempo Completo`, and the standard form such as `FULL_TIME`. |
| `education`, `experienceYears` | Minimum education, e.g. `Universidad / Carrera tecnológica`, and the years of experience as a number. `0` stands for less than a year. |
| `requirements` | Every line of the requirements box: education, experience, languages, knowledge, driving licence, travel and often an age range such as `Edad: entre 18 y 46 años`. |
| `keywords` | Synonyms of the job title that Computrabajo lists on the page, in Spanish and English: `auxiliar`, `assistant`, `contador`, `accountant`. |
| `industry` | Sector of the job, e.g. `Venta al consumidor`. |
| `urgent`, `easyApply` | `true` for ads marked urgent, and `true` when the ad takes applications directly on Computrabajo. |
| `postedText`, `refreshedAt` | Age as shown in the results (`Hace 2 horas`) and the date it points to. |
| `postedAt`, `expiresAt` | Date of first publication and the date the ad closes, both from the job page. |
| `description`, `descriptionHtml` | Full ad text with its line breaks, and the same text as the page holds it. |
| `detailsIncluded` | `false` when the job page could not be read, so only the search result fields are filled. |
| `country`, `searchQuery`, `scrapedAt` | Code of the country site (`co`), the search that found the ad and when it was read. |

### How to scrape Computrabajo jobs

1. Pick the **Country**. Mexico is the default; all 18 sites and their currencies are listed below.
2. Enter **Keywords** the way you would type them on Computrabajo, one per line (`vendedor`, `auxiliar contable`, `enfermera`), and **Locations** as a state, department, province or city of that country (`Jalisco`, `Antioquia`, `Bogotá`, `Lima`). Every keyword is searched in every location. At least one of the two fields is needed, because Computrabajo has no page that lists all jobs of a country.
3. Narrow the results with **Posted within** (today, 3, 7, 15 or 30 days, or urgent ads only), **Experience** and **Sort by** (relevance, newest or salary). **Exclude keywords** removes ads whose title or company name contains a word you list.
4. For a filter the form lacks, run the search on the site and paste its address into **Search links from Computrabajo (optional)**, e.g. `https://co.computrabajo.com/trabajo-de-programador-en-bogota-dc?pubdate=7`. A link may point to any of the 18 sites, whatever the **Country** says.
5. Keep **Include full details** on to open each job page for the contract, hours, education, requirements, dates and full text. Then click **Start**: rows appear in the **Output** tab, ready to export as CSV, Excel or JSON.

The same search through the API, for accounting and data jobs in two Colombian cities posted in the last week:

```json
  "keywords": ["auxiliar contable", "analista de datos"],
  "locations": ["Bogotá", "Medellín"],
### How much does it cost to scrape Computrabajo?
| | Free plan | Starter | Scale | Business |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1,000 jobs | $1.00 | $0.80 | $0.65 | $0.50 |
You pay only for the events in the table. There is no start fee, and compute time and proxies are included.
Reading 10,000 jobs with full details costs $10.00 on the Free plan and $5.00 on Business, and the details add nothing to the price. Ads removed by **Exclude keywords**, an ad that two of your searches both find and ads held back in new-only mode are not charged.
### Limits
- The figures below come from a run of 600 ads on 27 September 2026: programmers in Colombia, sales jobs in Mexico and all jobs in Lima. 330 of them had a salary figure, always a single monthly amount, so `salaryMin` and `salaryMax` were equal.
- Several sites print `$` whatever their currency, so the actor does not read the sign: `salaryCurrency` is always the currency of the country site.
- 60 of the 600 ads came from employers who hide their name and show as `Importante empresa del sector`.
- Only 98 of the 600 ads were labelled `Remote` or `Hybrid`. Computrabajo has no label for the rest, so on-site work cannot be told apart from ads that say nothing.
- 81 of 597 job pages had no structured data block. Their rows still have the requirements and the description, but `postedAt`, `expiresAt`, `industry`, `employmentType`, `easyApply` and `state` stay empty.
- 161 of 597 ads show the experience line as `años de experiencia` with no number in front, and `experienceYears` stays empty for them.
- The actor sends about 100 requests a minute, and with full details every ad is one request, so those 600 ads took 6.5 minutes. When Computrabajo answers with HTTP 403 or 429, the run waits 5 minutes, up to three times, and then stops with the jobs it has.
- Results come 20 to a page, and some ads appear on more than one page (27 in that run). Each is returned and charged once.
### Countries and currencies
The actor covers Mexico (`mx`, MXN), Colombia (`co`, COP), Argentina (`ar`, ARS), Peru (`pe`, PEN), Chile (`cl`, CLP), Ecuador (`ec`, USD), Venezuela (`ve`, USD), Guatemala (`gt`, GTQ), Costa Rica (`cr`, CRC), Panama (`pa`, USD), the Dominican Republic (`do`, DOP), El Salvador (`sv`, USD), Honduras (`hn`, HNL), Nicaragua (`ni`, NIO), Paraguay (`py`, PYG), Uruguay (`uy`, UYU), Bolivia (`bo`, BOB) and Puerto Rico (`pr`, USD). The sites differ a lot in size: on 11 October 2026 `vendedor` matched 36,128 ads in Mexico, 14,402 in Chile, 4,211 in Argentina and 1 in Puerto Rico.
### Refreshed ads and daily alerts
Employers on Computrabajo can refresh an ad, which puts it back at the top of the results with a new age. In a Colombian search on 11 October 2026 all 40 ads read `Hace 1 hora` to `Hace 3 horas`, while their first publication dates ran from 13 August to 3 October. `postedText` and `refreshedAt` show the latest refresh, and `postedAt` keeps the first publication. For an alert that ignores refreshes, turn on **Return only jobs new since the last run**, set a **Watch name** such as `contador-cdmx` or save the input as a task, and schedule it. An ad you have received is not sent again for 120 days.
### FAQ
#### Is it legal to scrape Computrabajo?
The actor reads job ads that Computrabajo shows to every visitor without an account, at a slow, steady pace, and it collects nothing about candidates. The ad texts are written by employers: Computrabajo masks email addresses in them with asterisks, but an occasional ad still lists a phone number. Keeping and reusing the ads is your responsibility, including any personal data rules that apply to you.
#### Can I search in English?
Yes, although employers write in Spanish. Computrabajo attaches English synonyms to many ads, so on 11 October 2026 `accountant` matched 8,243 ads in Mexico and `contador` 8,459.
