*Features*

- New field `vatSpecialRegistration`: `true` for a company registered for VAT under the special procedure of Section 139.2, which covers only services received from abroad and goods bought in other EU countries. `vatRiskFlag139` keeps the same value under its old name.

*Fixes*

- Companies with the Section 139.2 registration no longer get a risk flag. The registration was wrongly read as a warning from the tax authority.
- A run without a snapshot processes the five downloaded files one at a time and needs about half as much memory as before. With the lowest setting of 512 MB such runs could run out of memory.

*Changes*

- The form describes **Maintenance: rebuild the registry cache** as it works: it saves a snapshot of the five files in your own Apify account, and runs in that account read it for 36 hours.
- A run that downloads the files itself logs the download as normal progress, with no warning about a missing cache.
