- **Full Actor documentation**: https://apify.com/deriverge/public-tenders-scraper.md

##### 2026-10-29

*Fixes*

- In new-only mode, the notice on which a run stopped at **Maximum rows** or its maximum cost is no longer remembered in its new state, so it comes in the next run.

##### 2026-09-30

*Fixes*

- Find a Tender and Contracts Finder are read with a pause between pages, and after an HTTP 429 the actor waits as long as the service asks (30 seconds when it does not say) and tries again up to three times. A service that still stops early is named in the run's status message.
- `UK` in **Buyer countries** works like `GB`. It used to drop every UK notice.
- With **Only notices you can still bid for**, UK notices are kept only at the `tender`, `tenderUpdate` and `tenderAmendment` stage. Planning notices, award updates, cancellations and contract terminations used to pass.
- With **Only notices you can still bid for**, TED filters in its own search, so **Maximum notices** counts open notices. A run for France and Spain with a limit of 1,000 used to return 561 and now returns 1,000.
- TED notices that publish no value stay in the results when **Minimum contract value** is set, as UK notices already did, and so do notices worth exactly the minimum.
- `languagesAvailable` lists the languages the buyer published a TED notice in. It used to list all 24 EU languages on every row.
- TED notices are read in a fixed order, so result pages no longer repeat some notices and skip others.
- TED notices whose deadline falls on the **Deadline on or after** date are kept. They used to be dropped.
- Find a Tender and Contracts Finder are no longer called above-threshold and below-threshold services, because both carry contracts on either side of the thresholds. `sourceName` on UK rows now reads "Find a Tender, the UK public procurement notice service" or "Contracts Finder, the UK government contract opportunities service".

*Changes*

- When **Buyer countries** does not include `GB`, the UK services are not read at all.
- With no publication dates and no deadline, the UK services are read for the last seven days, like TED. They used to be read from their newest notice back with no date limit.

##### 2026-09-27

*Fixes*

- Notices from Find a Tender and Contracts Finder are now filtered by CPV code too. The UK services cannot do it themselves, so the actor reads more of their notices and keeps the matching ones; Find a Tender's extra codes for items and lots count as well.
- Titles, descriptions and buyer names from all three sources come as plain text, without HTML tags or entities.

*Changes*

- Snapshots for the new-only mode are named in the field `watchName`, which replaces `watchKey`. The old name is still accepted.

##### 2026-09-24

*Changes*

- Lower price per notice on every plan.

##### 2026-09-22

*Features*

- First public version: TED, Find a Tender and Contracts Finder in one table with the same fields, filters for country, CPV code, keyword, value and deadline, and a new-only mode for scheduled runs.
