- First version: Substack's leaderboards for any of its 33 categories, overall or paid, one row per listing with rank, newsletter, author, tagline, paid subscriber band, displayed subscriber count, launch and first post dates, language and podcast flag. Optional latest posts of every listed newsletter with likes, comments, restacks and word count, filters by date, audience and keyword, and a `CHANGES` record with new entrants, drop-outs and rank moves for scheduled runs.

*Fixes*

- Leaderboard pages are read at most one a second, and after HTTP 429 the actor waits as long as Substack asks and slows down. All 33 categories at 100 each now come in full; before, 9 categories were missing and the run still ended as succeeded. Categories or archives that cannot be read are named in the status message and in `categoriesIncomplete` and `newslettersWithoutPosts` in `SUMMARY`.
- HTTP 400 after the last page of a long list, such as page 22 of the paid Technology list, is read as the end of the list, not as a failure.
