- `.no` domains are no longer sent to Norid, the Norwegian registry, which blocks automated RDAP clients and forbids commercial use of WHOIS answers. Their rows explain this in `notes` and are not charged.
- For `.at` domains the registrar name no longer ends with the nic.at link in brackets.

- In changes-only mode, a changed domain that a run could not return because of **Maximum rows** or the spending limit is reported in the next run. The snapshot used to take its new record anyway, so the change never came.
