- Implemented the real crawler: `invite_parser.normalize_invite()`
  (pure code/URL normalisation), `discord_client.resolve_invite()`
  (curl-cffi retry/backoff client with `retry_after`-aware 429
  handling and terminal 404s), and `main.py`'s `process_invites()`
  orchestration with per-item fault isolation. Replaces the boot-only
  placeholder row from 0.0.1. `result-row` PPE charges only fire for
  `lookup_status == "resolved"` rows.

- Scaffolded: `.actor/` manifests (input/output/dataset schema, PPE
  pricing, Dockerfile), Pydantic `ActorInput`/`ResultRow` models, a
  boot-only placeholder `main.py`, and the QA fixture. No Discord
