## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Wallapop Scraper

**💰 $4.20 / 1 000 listings**  ·  pay only for results  ·  no credit card to try

*We do the dirty work so your dataset stays clean.* 😈

Export Wallapop (Spain classifieds) search results — title, description, price, location, images, and listing metadata for one or more keyword queries, no login.

</div>

***

### 🎯 What this scrapes

Wallapop is Spain's largest classifieds marketplace — clothes, electronics, furniture, bikes, whatever people are reselling this week. It publishes no public API for third parties. This Actor talks to the same search endpoint the Wallapop web app uses: give it one or more keywords (and, optionally, a search-origin latitude/longitude), and it walks the result pages via Wallapop's own pagination cursor, pulling title, description, price, category, location, images, and listing metadata for every match. No login, no seller messaging, no per-listing detail fetches — just clean rows from the search results you'd see on the site.

### 🔥 What we handle for you

- 🧭 **Cursor-accurate pagination** — we follow Wallapop's own pagination token verbatim across every page, so listings never repeat or silently drop mid-walk.
- 🔁 **Resilient to transient errors** — automatic retries with backoff on `429`/`503`/network hiccups, so one flaky response doesn't kill your run.
- 🧹 **Deduplicated results** — every listing ID is deduplicated within a run, even when it reappears across pages or queries.
- 🧊 **Clean, typed dataset rows** — Pydantic-validated, ISO-8601 timestamps, stable IDs, JSON / CSV / Excel export straight from the Apify Console.
- 💰 **Pay-Per-Event pricing** — you only pay for results that hit your dataset. No data, no charge.

### 💡 Use cases

- Price monitoring — track asking prices for specific keywords or product lines over time.
- Resale/arbitrage research — find underpriced listings matching a resale niche.
- Market research — analyze pricing and location trends on Spain's largest classifieds site.
- New-listing alerts — diff successive runs to catch fresh listings matching a saved search.

### ⚙️ How to use it

1. Click **Try for free** at the top of the page.
2. Fill in the input form — most fields have sensible defaults.
3. Click **Start**. Output streams into the run's dataset.
4. Export from **Storage → Dataset** as JSON, CSV, or Excel — or fetch via the API.

### 📥 Input

| Field | Type | Required | Default | Notes |
|---|---|:--:|---|---|
| `queries` | `array` | **yes** | '—' | Wallapop search keywords, one per entry (e.g. bicicleta, iphone 13). At least one is required. |
| `latitude` | `number` | no | 41.3851 | Search-origin latitude used by Wallapop's search API. Defaults to Barcelona. |
| `longitude` | `number` | no | 2.1734 | Search-origin longitude used by Wallapop's search API. Defaults to Barcelona. |
| `maxPagesPerQuery` | `integer` | no | 3 | Stop following Wallapop's pagination cursor for a query after this many pages. Ceiling of 60 is the proven depth. |
| `proxyConfiguration` | `object` | **yes** | {'useApifyProxy': True, 'apifyProxyGroups': \['BUYPROXIES94952']} | Apify Proxy spec. Wallapop's search API clears on the datacenter tier — residential is not required for reach. |

### 💰 Pricing

Pay-Per-Event — you pay only when these events fire:

| Event | USD | What it is |
|---|---:|---|
| `actor-start` | $0.2 | One-off warm-up charge per run |
| `listing-scraped` | $0.004 | Once per unique listing pushed to your dataset |

Example: 1 000 listings at the rates above ≈ **$4.20**. No subscription, no minimum, no card to start — Apify gives every new account $5 of free credit.

### 🚧 Limitations

- No login, seller messaging, or account-gated content — keyword search results only.
- No per-listing detail-page fetches beyond what Wallapop's search response already returns.
- No seller profile pages or seller listing history.
- No historical/date-range search — each run walks forward from page 1 of the current search results.

### ❓ FAQ

**Is this legal?**

We only fetch content Wallapop's own search API returns publicly — the same data the wallapop.com search page shows. Respect Wallapop's terms of service before using the output commercially.

**How do I export to Sheets?**

After the run, click Storage → Dataset → Export and pick CSV. Google Sheets imports it directly.

**How do I get more results per query?**

Raise maxPagesPerQuery (up to 60). Each page returns up to 40 listings, so a higher page cap walks deeper into the search results.

**Why did a query return zero rows?**

Wallapop genuinely has no matches for that keyword/location combination — the run still succeeds, with a status message describing what was searched.
