Catch UK food hygiene rating **failures the moment they're published**, straight from the official Food Standards Agency (FHRS) database. This is not a lookup tool — it's a trigger monitor: run it weekly and get only what's genuinely new.

### Why this matters

A 0, 1, or 2-star hygiene rating is one of the strongest B2B trigger events in local commerce. The business needs to act *now* — before their next inspection, before the bad review cycle starts, before a regular customer sees the sticker in the window.
