## Pricing

from $1.20 / 1,000 jobs

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Greenhouse, Lever & Ashby Jobs API: new job postings daily

**A jobs API for company career sites.** Get only the job postings that are new since yesterday from over
5,800 companies that hire through **Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby**, including SpaceX, Anduril, Databricks,
Stripe, OpenAI and Airbnb, plus thousands of startups. There are no company lists to maintain, no scrapers
to run and no duplicates to filter out. Results arrive in seconds as JSON, CSV or Excel, or through the API.

> **Why this feed is different**
>
> - ✅ **Only what's new since yesterday.** Set "New jobs, last 1 day" and get just today's additions. There's nothing to de-duplicate against yesterday's download.
> - ✅ **Closed jobs and days open.** We keep the history, so you see which roles were taken down and how long each stayed open, a time-to-fill signal no live scraper can give you.
> - ✅ **Greenhouse + Lever + Ashby in one feed.** One consistent format and one price. No separate scraper per platform.

Most job scrapers return everything that's currently posted each time you run them. This feed checks every
career page every day and keeps the history, so it can tell you:

- **What's new:** jobs that appeared since the last update, not the 2,000 that were already there
- **What closed:** roles taken down (filled or cancelled) and how long they stayed open
- **Clean, comparable fields:** one format across all three platforms, with salary ranges, remote/hybrid/onsite, and the company's website domain

### Who uses it

| You are... | Use it to... |
|---|---|
| **A niche job board** | Fill your board every morning with only new postings that match your niche (e.g. remote data jobs, climate, fintech) |
| **A recruiter or agency** | See who started hiring for roles you place, the day they post |
| **A sales team** | Find companies ramping up hiring. Ten new data engineer roles is a buying signal. Match them to your CRM by domain. |
| **A job seeker or alert builder** | Get "new remote staff engineer jobs over $180k" delivered daily via schedule + email/Slack/Sheets |
| **A researcher or analyst** | Track hiring by role, location, salary and workplace type over time |

### What you get (one row per job)

| Field | Example | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| `company` | Ramp | Real company name |
| `companyDomain` | ramp.com | For CRM matching and enrichment |
| `title` | Senior Data Engineer | |
| `department` | Engineering | When the company publishes it |
| `location`, `country` | New York, NY · United States | |
| `workplace` | remote / hybrid / onsite / unknown | From the job board's own field, or read from the description text |
| `salaryMin`, `salaryMax`, `salaryCurrency`, `salaryInterval` | 143200, 284000, USD, year | From the board's pay field or the posting's pay-transparency text |
| `salarySource` | ats / text | Where the salary came from, so you can decide how much to trust it |
| `url` | https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp/... | Direct apply link |
| `postedAt` | 2026-09-27T10:20:33Z | As published by the company |
| `firstSeen`, `lastSeen` | 2026-09-27 | When our tracker first and last saw it |
| `status`, `closedOn`, `daysOpen` | closed, 2026-10-14, 17 | Time-to-fill signal |
| `source` | greenhouse / lever / ashby | |

Export as JSON, CSV, Excel or XML, or pull it with the API. Schedule it daily and connect it to Google Sheets,
Slack, Zapier, Make, a webhook or an AI agent via MCP.

### How to use it

1. Pick **What to return**: *New jobs* (most popular), *All open jobs*, or *Recently closed jobs*.
2. Add filters: title keywords, exclusions, locations, remote/hybrid/onsite, companies, minimum salary.
3. Run it. Results arrive in seconds because the data is already collected and cleaned.
4. For a daily feed, **schedule it** for any time after 7:00 AM US Central, when the daily update is complete.

#### Example: remote data engineering jobs posted since yesterday, at $150k or more

```json
{
  "mode": "new",
  "sinceDays": 1,
  "keywords": ["data engineer", "analytics engineer"],
  "workplace": ["remote"],
  "minSalaryUsd": 150000
}
```

### Pricing

You pay **per job returned**. Filters are free, so you only pay for the rows you actually want. Set
**Maximum jobs** or a max charge per run, and the run stops there.

### Data notes

- **Coverage:** public career pages hosted on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby. That's mostly tech, startups and
  high-growth companies in the US and Europe, plus healthcare, retail and manufacturing employers. It's not the whole job market.
- **Update time:** daily, around 6:00 AM US Central. "New" means first seen in that day's update.
- **History:** tracking began on 2026-09-26. Jobs that were already open that day show that date as
  `firstSeen` and are never counted as "new".
- **Salary:** about 1 in 4 jobs has a salary range today, rising as we parse more pay-transparency text. We don't guess:
  if a posting has no range, the fields are empty.
- **Public data only:** we read the public job-board feeds these companies publish. No logins, and no personal data
  such as recruiter names or emails.

### FAQ

**How is this different from scraping the career pages myself?** You'd have to find 5,800 boards, maintain
three scrapers, store yesterday's results and diff them. We do that daily, and we keep history you can't
recreate after the fact.

**Can you add a company?** Yes. Open an issue with the career page URL (Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby).

**Do you include full job descriptions?** Not yet. Let us know in Issues if you need them.

**Can I get company-level totals instead of individual jobs?** Yes. Use **[Hiring Signals API: Which Companies Are Hiring Now](https://apify.com/divi_cv/hiring-signals)**
for one row per company with new, closed and AI roles, growth, departments and salary.

# Actor input Schema

## `mode` (type: `string`):

New jobs: posted since the last N days (our tracker diffs every career page daily). Open jobs: everything currently open. Closed jobs: roles taken down in the last N days (filled or cancelled).

## `sinceDays` (type: `integer`):

For new and closed jobs. 1 = since yesterday's update. Maximum 30.

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

Return jobs whose title contains any of these words or phrases (whole-word match, so "AI" won't match "maintain"). Leave empty for all titles.

## `excludeKeywords` (type: `array`):

Skip jobs whose title contains any of these, e.g. intern, contract.

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Match any of these in the job location or country, e.g. "Chicago", "United States", "London", "Remote".

## `workplace` (type: `array`):

Remote, hybrid, and/or onsite. Jobs where the posting doesn't say are marked unknown and excluded when this is set.

## `companies` (type: `array`):

Only these companies, by name or website domain (e.g. "Stripe" or "stripe.com").

## `minSalaryUsd` (type: `integer`):

Only jobs whose posted USD salary floor is at least this. Hourly pay is annualized at 2,080 hours. Implies "Only jobs with salary".

## `onlyWithSalary` (type: `boolean`):

Skip jobs that don't publish a salary range (about 3 in 4 today).

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many results. You're charged per job returned.
