## Pricing

from $0.56 / 1,000 job scrapeds

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## ATS Jobs Scraper: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee and Personio

ATS Jobs Scraper exports **every open job from company careers boards on seven applicant tracking systems** into one table with the same columns: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee and Personio. Paste careers page URLs or company slugs, mix platforms in one run, and get titles, departments, locations, remote flags, salary ranges, dates, apply links and full descriptions. The actor reads each platform's public job board API, so it needs no login, no browser and no proxy.

### What data do you get?

Every job has the same fields, whichever platform it came from. A field the platform does not publish is `null`.

| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| `ats`, `company`, `companyName` | greenhouse, airbnb, Airbnb |
| `id`, `title` | 7532824, Engineering Manager, Guest & Host |
| `department`, `team` | Software Engineering |
| `location`, `city`, `region`, `country` | London, United Kingdom |
| `remote`, `workplaceType`, `employmentType` | true, remote, Full-time |
| `salaryMin`, `salaryMax`, `salaryCurrency`, `salaryInterval` | 120000, 150000, GBP, 1 YEAR |
| `publishedAt`, `updatedAt` | 2026-01-23T11:33:08-05:00 |
| `url`, `applyUrl` | Links to the job and its application form |
| `description`, `descriptionHtml` | Full ad text, as plain text and HTML |

### Who uses it

- **Recruiters and sourcing teams**: track hiring at a list of target companies, whatever system each one uses.
- **Job boards and newsletters**: fill listings with fresh jobs from startups and scale-ups in one format.
- **Investors and market analysts**: read hiring by department and location as a growth signal across a portfolio.
- **Job seekers**: put every role at your target companies into one spreadsheet.

### How to use it

1. Click **Try for free**.
2. Paste careers page URLs, one per line. You can also write `platform:slug`, such as `ashby:openai`, or a bare slug such as `stripe`, and the actor tries each platform in turn.
3. Click **Start**, then download the results as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read them through the Apify API.

#### Input example

```json
{
  "companies": [
    "https://boards.greenhouse.io/airbnb",
    "https://jobs.lever.co/spotify",
    "ashby:openai",
    "https://apply.workable.com/huggingface",
    "https://careers.smartrecruiters.com/Visa",
    "bunq.recruitee.com",
    "https://personio.jobs.personio.de"
  ],
  "keywords": ["engineer", "data"],
  "remoteOnly": false,
  "includeDescription": true,
  "maxItems": 1000
}
```

| Input | What it does |
|---|---|
| `companies` | Careers page URLs, `platform:slug`, or bare slugs; duplicates are merged |
| `keywords` | Keep jobs whose title, department, team or location contains a word; others are never charged |
| `remoteOnly` | Keep only jobs marked remote |
| `includeDescription` | Full ad text in plain text and HTML (default on, free) |
| `maxItems` | Hard cap on results, so you control the cost |

#### Supported URL formats

| Platform | URL you can paste | Slug form |
|---|---|---|
| Greenhouse | `boards.greenhouse.io/<slug>`, `job-boards.greenhouse.io/<slug>`, embeds with `?for=<slug>` | `greenhouse:<slug>` |
| Lever | `jobs.lever.co/<slug>`, `jobs.eu.lever.co/<slug>` | `lever:<slug>` |
| Ashby | `jobs.ashbyhq.com/<slug>` | `ashby:<slug>` |
| Workable | `apply.workable.com/<slug>`, `<slug>.workable.com` | `workable:<slug>` |
| SmartRecruiters | `careers.smartrecruiters.com/<Company>`, `jobs.smartrecruiters.com/<Company>` | `smartrecruiters:<Company>` |
| Recruitee | `<slug>.recruitee.com` | `recruitee:<slug>` |
| Personio | `<slug>.jobs.personio.de` | `personio:<slug>` |

### How much does it cost?

You pay **$0.80 per 1,000 jobs** (pay per event: one `result-item` event per saved job, $0.0008 each), on all seven platforms. Salary data and full descriptions are included, the only other charge is a $0.00005 start fee per run (one event per GB of memory, and the default 256 MB counts as one), and jobs removed by your filters are never charged. Set **Max results** to cap the cost of a run. Apify Bronze, Silver and Gold subscribers pay 10, 20 and 30 percent less per job.

### FAQ

**Which platform does a company use?** Open its careers page and look at where the job links point: `greenhouse.io`, `lever.co`, `ashbyhq.com`, `workable.com`, `smartrecruiters.com`, `recruitee.com` or `personio.de`. Paste that link. If you only know the company's name, try it as a bare slug.

**What happens with a wrong slug?** The run logs a warning for that company and carries on with the others. You are not charged for it.

**Why is salary empty for some jobs?** The platforms return salary only when the company publishes it. Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Recruitee have salary fields; Workable, SmartRecruiters and Personio public feeds do not.

**How fast is it?** Most boards come back in one request, so hundreds of jobs take seconds. SmartRecruiters needs one extra request per job for the description; turn off **Include full job description** for large SmartRecruiters boards if you only need the listing fields.

**Can I monitor boards over time?** Yes. Use Apify Schedules and compare `ats` plus `id` between runs to spot new and closed jobs.

### Legal note

This actor reads the public job board APIs and feeds that each platform provides for publishing job listings: the Greenhouse Job Board API, the Lever Postings API, the Ashby Job Posting API, the Workable jobs widget, the SmartRecruiters Posting API, the Recruitee careers site API and the Personio XML feed. None needs authentication. It collects job postings that companies publish for any visitor, and no applicant data or personal contact details. You are responsible for how you use the results, including compliance with the terms and privacy laws that apply to you.

# Actor input Schema

## `companies` (type: `array`):

One per line. Paste a careers page URL from Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee or Personio (for example https://boards.greenhouse.io/airbnb or https://jobs.lever.co/spotify), write platform:slug (for example ashby:openai), or give a bare slug and the Actor tries each platform in turn.

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

Optional. Keep only jobs whose title, department, team or location contains one of these words, for example 'engineer' or 'London'. Jobs that do not match are never charged.

## `remoteOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only jobs the board marks as remote, or whose title or location says remote.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Adds the full ad text as plain text and HTML at no extra charge. SmartRecruiters needs one extra request per job for this, so turning it off makes those boards faster.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many jobs in total. You pay only for jobs saved.
