## Pricing

from $0.42 / 1,000 job scrapeds

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Greenhouse Jobs Scraper: Greenhouse Job Board API

Greenhouse Jobs Scraper exports **every open job from any company's Greenhouse job board** (boards.greenhouse.io and job-boards.greenhouse.io), with pay ranges and full descriptions. Companies such as Stripe, Airbnb, Discord and Duolingo list their jobs on Greenhouse. The actor reads Greenhouse's public Job Board API, which Greenhouse documents as open to anyone without authentication, so it needs no login, no browser and no proxy, and a board of 300 jobs finishes in seconds.

### What data do you get?

| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| `company`, `companyName` | airbnb, Airbnb |
| `title`, `id` | Engineering Manager, Guest & Host; 7532824 |
| `location`, `offices` | London, United Kingdom |
| `departments` | \["Software Engineering"] |
| `firstPublished`, `updatedAt` | 2026-01-23T11:33:08-05:00, 2026-09-29T20:00:54-04:00 |
| `salaryMin`, `salaryMax`, `salaryCurrency`, `salaryTitle` | 120000, 150000, GBP, United Kingdom Annual Pay Range |
| `requisitionId`, `language`, `applicationDeadline` | ONE, en, null |
| `url` | Link to the job on the company's careers site |
| `description`, `descriptionHtml` | Full ad text, as plain text and HTML |

### Who uses it

- **Recruiters and sourcing teams**: watch which companies open roles in your field, where, and at what pay.
- **Job boards and newsletters**: pull fresh tech and startup jobs with pay ranges into your listings.
- **Investors and market analysts**: read hiring by department and office as a growth signal.
- **Job seekers**: export every role at your target companies into one spreadsheet.

### How to use it

1. Click **Try for free**.
2. Paste board tokens or board URLs (the part after `boards.greenhouse.io/`), and add keyword filters if you want them.
3. Click **Start**, then download the results as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read them through the Apify API.

#### Input example

```json
{
  "companies": ["stripe", "https://boards.greenhouse.io/airbnb", "https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/discord"],
  "keywords": ["engineer"],
  "includeDescription": true,
  "maxItems": 1000
}
```

| Input | What it does |
|---|---|
| `companies` | Board tokens, board URLs, job URLs or embed links with `?for=<token>`; duplicates are merged |
| `keywords` | Keep jobs whose title, location or department contains a word; others are never charged |
| `includeDescription` | Full ad text in plain text and HTML (default on, free) |
| `maxItems` | Hard cap on results, so you control the cost |

#### Output example

Real item from a test run on 26 October 2026 (description shortened here):

```json
{
  "company": "airbnb",
  "companyName": "Airbnb",
  "id": 7532824,
  "title": "Engineering Manager, Guest & Host",
  "location": "London, United Kingdom",
  "departments": ["Software Engineering"],
  "offices": ["London, United Kingdom"],
  "firstPublished": "2026-01-23T11:33:08-05:00",
  "updatedAt": "2026-09-29T20:00:54-04:00",
  "salaryMin": 120000.0,
  "salaryMax": 150000.0,
  "salaryCurrency": "GBP",
  "salaryTitle": "United Kingdom Annual Pay Range",
  "requisitionId": "ONE",
  "language": "en",
  "applicationDeadline": null,
  "url": "https://careers.airbnb.com/positions/7532824?gh_jid=7532824",
  "description": "Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, ...",
  "descriptionHtml": "<div class=\"content-intro\"><p> ..."
}
```

### How much does it cost?

You pay **$0.60 per 1,000 jobs** (pay per event: one `result-item` event per saved job, $0.0006 each). Pay ranges and full descriptions are included, the only other charge is a $0.00005 start fee per run (one event per GB of memory, and the default 256 MB counts as one), and jobs removed by your keyword filter are never charged. Set **Max results** to cap the cost of a run. Apify Bronze, Silver and Gold subscribers pay 10, 20 and 30 percent less per job.

### FAQ

**How do I find a company's board token?** Open the company's careers page. If job links go to `boards.greenhouse.io/<token>` or `job-boards.greenhouse.io/<token>`, or the page embeds a board with `?for=<token>`, paste the token or the whole link.

**What happens with a wrong token?** The run logs a warning for that company and carries on with the others. You are not charged for it.

**Why is pay empty for some jobs?** Greenhouse only returns pay ranges that the company publishes. In testing, 24 of 30 Airbnb engineering jobs had one, while Stripe's board returned none.

**How fast is it?** One API call returns a whole board. In testing, 300 jobs from Airbnb and Stripe with full descriptions took 5 seconds.

**Can I monitor boards over time?** Yes. Use Apify Schedules and compare the `id` values between runs to spot new and closed jobs.

### Legal note

This actor reads Greenhouse's public Job Board API, which Greenhouse documents as publicly available without authentication for all GET endpoints. It collects job postings that companies publish for any visitor and no applicant data or personal contact details. You are responsible for how you use the results, including compliance with the terms and privacy laws that apply to you.

# Actor input Schema

## `companies` (type: `array`):

Greenhouse board tokens or URLs, one per line: 'stripe', 'https://boards.greenhouse.io/airbnb', 'https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/discord' or an embed link with '?for=<token>'. The token is the part after boards.greenhouse.io/.

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

Optional. Keep only jobs whose title, location or department contains one of these words, for example 'engineer' or 'London'. Jobs that do not match are never charged.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Adds the full ad text as plain text and HTML at no extra charge. Turn off for smaller datasets.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):
