## Pricing

from $0.42 / 1,000 job scrapeds

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## SmartRecruiters Jobs Scraper: Posting API for Any Company

SmartRecruiters Jobs Scraper exports **every open job from any company's SmartRecruiters careers site** (careers.smartrecruiters.com or jobs.smartrecruiters.com) into a table: title, department, location, remote flag, employment type, publish date, posting link, apply link and the full job description. It reads the SmartRecruiters Posting API, so it needs no login, no browser and no proxy.

Need several applicant tracking systems in one run? [ATS Jobs Scraper](https://apify.com/dmitri-data/ats-jobs-scraper) reads Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee and Personio with the same columns.

### What data do you get?

| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| `company`, `companyName` | The slug you gave and the company's display name |
| `id`, `title` | Job ID and title |
| `department` | Department, when the company sets one |
| `location`, `city`, `region`, `country` | Where the job is |
| `remote`, `employmentType` | Remote flag and contract type (for example Full-time) |
| `publishedAt` | When the job was posted |
| `url`, `applyUrl` | Links to the posting and its application form |
| `description`, `descriptionHtml` | Full ad text, as plain text and HTML |

SmartRecruiters does not publish salary in its public Posting API, so salary fields stay empty.

### How to use it

1. Click **Try for free**.
2. Paste company slugs or careers URLs (jobs.smartrecruiters.com/<Company>), and add keyword filters if you want them.
3. Click **Start**, then download the results as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read them through the Apify API.

#### Input example

```json
{
  "companies": [
    "https://jobs.smartrecruiters.com/ServiceNow",
    "Equinox",
    "LinkedIn3"
  ],
  "keywords": [
    "engineer"
  ],
  "remoteOnly": false,
  "includeDescription": true,
  "maxItems": 1000
}
```

| Input | What it does |
|---|---|
| `companies` | Slugs or careers URLs; duplicates are merged. Use the company identifier exactly as it appears in the careers URL. |
| `keywords` | Keep jobs whose title, department or location contains a word; others are never charged |
| `remoteOnly` | Keep only jobs marked remote |
| `includeDescription` | Full ad text in plain text and HTML (default on, free) |
| `maxItems` | Hard cap on results, so you control the cost |

### How much does it cost?

You pay **$0.60 per 1,000 jobs** (pay per event: one `result-item` event per saved job, $0.0006 each). Full descriptions are included, the only other charge is a $0.00005 start fee per run (one event per GB of memory, and the default 256 MB counts as one), and jobs removed by your filters are never charged. Set **Max results** to cap the cost of a run. Apify Bronze, Silver and Gold subscribers pay 10, 20 and 30 percent less per job.

### FAQ

**How do I find a company's slug?** Open its careers page. If job links go to jobs.smartrecruiters.com/<Company>, paste that link or the slug.

**What happens with a wrong slug?** The run logs a warning for that company and carries on with the others. You are not charged for it.

**How fast is it?** The listing takes one request per 100 jobs; the full ad text takes one more request per job (4 at a time). Turn off **Include full job description** for very large boards if you only need the listing fields.

**Can I monitor boards over time?** Yes. Use Apify Schedules and compare `id` values between runs to spot new and closed jobs.

### Legal note

This Actor reads the SmartRecruiters Posting API, which serves the job postings that companies publish for any visitor, without authentication. It collects no applicant data or personal contact details. You are responsible for how you use the results, including compliance with the terms and privacy laws that apply to you.

# Actor input Schema

## `companies` (type: `array`):

SmartRecruiters company slugs or careers URLs, one per line, for example https://jobs.smartrecruiters.com/ServiceNow, Equinox, LinkedIn3. Use the company identifier exactly as it appears in the careers URL.

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

Optional. Keep only jobs whose title, department, team or location contains one of these words, for example 'engineer' or 'London'. Jobs that do not match are never charged.

## `remoteOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only jobs the board marks as remote, or whose title or location says remote.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Adds the full ad text as plain text and HTML at no extra charge. SmartRecruiters needs one extra request per job for this, so turning it off makes those boards faster.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many jobs in total. You pay only for jobs saved.
