## Pricing

from $0.70 / 1,000 jobs

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Company Jobs API: 510+ Verified Job Boards, Search by Name

**Type a company name, get its open jobs as clean JSON.** 515 companies on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, each job board **proven to belong to that company**, never guessed. No career-page URL, no idea which system the company uses, no API key: write `Databricks`, `OpenAI`, `Lyra Health` and read their jobs in one shape, 30 fields per job, pay as numbers.

Measured on Apify on 25 September 2026: those three companies, 60 jobs, **20 from each, in 6 seconds**. Leave the company list empty and it searches all 515 companies at once: `data engineer` + `remote` returned 60 matching jobs from 34 companies in 2 minutes.

### Why "verified" is the whole point

Most tools find a company's job board by guessing its name: `airspace` for Airspace Link, `icon` for ICON plc. We measured that approach: **about half of the boards found by guessing belonged to a different company**, and nothing in the response says so. A job index built that way confidently gives you one employer's jobs under another's name.

Every board in this index was proven before it went in, and every row of the index records how:

| Evidence | Companies |
|---|---|
| The exact slug is the company's name spelled out | 248 |
| The board's own name matches the company | 150 |
| A job we had already seen at that company is on the board | 102 |
| Both the name and a job | 15 |

A board claimed by two companies is dropped rather than guessed between, and so is a board whose only proof is a name that is also a common word and turned out to belong to someone else (Motive). Every run logs which board each name resolved to. **A name that is not in the index is reported in the log and not read**; it is never guessed. The method is written up here: [Half the ATS job boards you find by guessing belong to a different company](https://dev.to/dododata/half-the-ats-job-boards-you-find-by-guessing-belong-to-a-different-company-861).

### What you get

One row per open job, in the same 30-field shape as every Dodo Data jobs Actor. A real row (some fields shortened):

```json
{
  "id": "greenhouse:databricks:8756154002",
  "ats": "greenhouse",
  "company": "databricks",
  "company_name": "Databricks",
  "title": "Accounting Manager, Accounts Receivable",
  "department": "Finance",
  "location": "Austin, Texas; Denver, Colorado; Portland, Oregon; Scottsdale, Arizona, United States",
  "salary_min": 108800,
  "salary_max": 149600,
  "salary_currency": "USD",
  "salary_period": "year",
  "salary_text": "Zone 3 Pay Range",
  "salary_source": "structured",
  "posted_at": "2026-09-22T18:55:41.000Z",
  "requisition_id": "GAQ327R240",
  "apply_url": "https://databricks.com/company/careers/open-positions/job?gh_jid=8756154002"
}
```

`company_name` is filled from the index when the system publishes none (Lever and Ashby never do), so every row says whose job it is. Pay comes from the system's own pay fields when the employer fills them, otherwise from a range stated in the job text, and `salary_source` says which.

### Proof

Every figure on this page comes from a real run on Apify, 25 September 2026:

| Input | Result |
|---|---|
| Databricks, OpenAI, Lyra Health, 60 jobs | 60 jobs, **20 / 20 / 20**, 0 failures, 6 s |
| every company, `data engineer`, `remote`, 60 jobs | 60 jobs from 34 companies, 0 failures, 2 min |
| a name that is not in the index, plus Cloudflare | the unknown name reported and skipped, Cloudflare read |
| Canonical with a monitor name, then again with Only changes | 306 jobs, all `new`; then **0 jobs, nothing billed**, 3 s |

### Several companies share the budget fairly

Ask for three companies and 60 jobs and you get about 20 from each, not 60 from whichever has the biggest board. Each company keeps an equal share until all have answered, then the rest of the budget goes to whoever has had the fewest.

### Monitor companies: only new and changed jobs

Give the run a **Monitor name** and schedule it. Every row says whether it is `new`, `updated` or `unchanged` since the last run under that name, with `first_seen_at`. With **Only changes** on, jobs you already have are left out and **not billed**. With **Report closed jobs** on, a job that has left the board comes back once as `removed`, so you can date when a role was filled.

### How to run it

1. Type company names in **Companies**, or leave it empty to search every company in the index.
2. Narrow with **Keywords** (title words), **Locations** (whole words: `remote`, `london`, `germany`; `UK`, `US` understood) and **Posted within (days)**.
3. Set **Max rows**. You pay per job delivered, so this is also your budget.

Filters run before anything is saved, so you never pay for a job you filtered out.

### Pricing

**$1 per 1,000 jobs**, pay per event. A run also carries Apify's start event, $0.00005 at the default 1 GB. Jobs you filter out, and unchanged jobs in monitor mode with Only changes on, are not billed.

### What it does not do

- It reads only the 515 companies in the index. For any other company, paste its career-page URL into the [ATS Jobs API](https://apify.com/dododata/career-site-jobs-scraper), which reads any board on 12 systems.
- No personal-data fields: no recruiter, hiring-manager or contact fields in the row. E-mail addresses and phone numbers written inside a job description are replaced before the row is saved; a first name in a sentence such as "ask Maria" is not detected and stays.
- Public job board APIs only, the ones the companies publish for their own career pages. Lever is read at one request a second, as its robots.txt asks.

### FAQ

**Is my company in it?** The full list is at the bottom of this page. Ctrl+F it.

**How fresh is it?** Jobs are read live on every run. The index of which board belongs to whom was verified between 22 and 25 September 2026, when it listed 33,629 open jobs across these companies.

**Why is company X missing?** Either it does not use Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby, or we could not prove the board is theirs. We leave a company out rather than guess.

### Changelog

- 2026-09-25: first version. Last verified on Apify: 25 September 2026.

# Actor input Schema

## `companies` (type: `array`):

Company names, as you would write them: Databricks, OpenAI, Lyra Health. Each is looked up in the verified index of 515 companies on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby. A name that is not in it is reported in the log and not read: nothing is guessed, because a board found by guessing a name often belongs to another company. Leave empty to read every company in the index.

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

Keep only jobs whose title has a word starting with one of these (case and accents ignored), e.g. engineer, data, product: engineer finds Engineering Manager, art does not find Part-Time. Filtered-out jobs are not saved and not charged.

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Keep only jobs whose location, country or workplace type contains one of these as a whole word, e.g. london, germany, remote. UK, US and USA are understood both ways, and UK never matches Ukraine.

## `postedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

Keep only jobs first published (or updated, when no publish date exists) in the last N days. Use 1 with a daily schedule to get only new jobs.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Turn off for lighter rows when you only need titles, locations and pay.

## `monitorName` (type: `string`):

Turns on change tracking. Pick any name, for example my-job-watch, and use the same name on every run. Each job then says whether it is new, updated or unchanged since the previous run under that name, with the date it was first seen. The first run marks everything as new. State is kept in a key-value store on your own account. Leave empty to switch tracking off.

## `onlyChanges` (type: `boolean`):

Needs a monitor name. Unchanged jobs are left out of the results and are not billed. On systems that are read job by job (Workday, SmartRecruiters), unchanged jobs are not even opened, so runs get faster as well as cheaper.

## `includeRemoved` (type: `boolean`):

Needs a monitor name. A job that was listed in the previous run and is gone now is returned once, with change\_status "removed", its title, URL and the dates it was first and last seen. Only reported when the board was read completely, so a filter or a row cap never produces a false alarm.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many jobs across all boards. You pay per row, so this is also your budget cap.

## `maxConcurrency` (type: `integer`):

Boards read at the same time. 20 by default, because reading all companies is 510+ requests. Lever is always held to one request a second, as its robots.txt asks, and every run to five requests a second overall.

## `useProxy` (type: `boolean`):

Off by default: the Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby job board APIs are public and answer about six times faster without a proxy. Turn it on only if a run reports being rate-limited or blocked.
