## Pricing

from $0.27 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Turkey Finance Scraper

Get Turkish lira exchange rates and gold prices as clean JSON, CSV or Excel: the official Central Bank (TCMB) daily rates with history, plus live free-market rates, gold prices and quotes from about 35 banks, jewelers and fintechs from [doviz.com](https://www.doviz.com). Runs on plain HTTP, so it is fast and cheap. No proxy and no code needed.

### What you can do with it

- **Back-fill official rates.** Pull TCMB daily rates for any date range, for accounting, invoicing and reporting in TRY.
- **Track the market.** Schedule a run to log free-market currency and gold prices through the day.
- **Find the best rate.** Compare buying, selling and spread across banks, jewelers and fintechs for USD, EUR, gram gold and more.
- **Feed a dashboard or spreadsheet.** Every run is a ready table, with numbers as numbers.

### Quick start

Press Start for the latest TCMB bulletin plus live currency and gold prices. Or try:

**A month of official USD, EUR and other rates**

```json
{
    "sources": ["tcmb"],
    "dateFrom": "2026-09-01",
    "dateTo": "2026-09-30"
}
```

**Gold and metals only**

```json
{
    "sources": ["gold"]
}
```

**Which bank has the best USD and EUR rate right now**

```json
{
    "sources": ["currencies"],
    "currencyCodes": ["USD", "EUR"],
    "providers": true
}
```

**Gram gold at three dealers, plus last week of official rates**

```json
{
    "sources": ["gold", "tcmb"],
    "goldItems": ["gram-altin"],
    "providers": true,
    "providerNames": ["ziraat", "akbank", "harem"],
    "daysBack": 7
}
```

### Input

| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| `sources` | `tcmb`, `currencies`, `gold`. All three by default |
| `currencyCodes` | Only these currencies, for `tcmb` and `currencies`. Empty means all |
| `goldItems` | Only these gold items, by their doviz.com address: `gram-altin`, `ceyrek-altin`, `ons`, `gram-gumus`. Empty means all |
| `providers` | Also collect per-provider quotes (banks, jewelers, fintechs, free market) with spread |
| `providerNames` | Only providers whose name contains one of these words, such as `ziraat`, `akbank`, `harem` |
| `dateFrom`, `dateTo` | TCMB history range (YYYY-MM-DD). Empty `dateFrom` returns the latest bulletin. `dateTo` defaults to today |
| `daysBack` | Shortcut for `dateFrom`: TCMB history for the last N days |
| `maxItems` | Stop the whole run after this many results |
| `maxRequestsPerMinute` | Request speed, 120 by default |
| `proxyConfiguration` | Off by default. Enable only if a site blocks your IP |

### Output

Every result has a `source`. Download the dataset as JSON, CSV, Excel, XML or HTML, or read it through the API.

**TCMB** (`tcmb`): one item per currency per day.

```json
{
    "source": "tcmb",
    "date": "2026-10-23",
    "bulletin": "2026/201",
    "code": "USD",
    "name": "US DOLLAR",
    "nameTr": "ABD DOLARI",
    "unit": 1,
    "forexBuying": 49.5647,
    "forexSelling": 49.654,
    "banknoteBuying": 49.53,
    "banknoteSelling": 49.7285,
    "crossRateUsd": null,
    "crossRateOther": null
}
```

`unit` is how many units of the currency the rate is for (for example 100 for JPY). A value TCMB leaves empty is `null`. `crossRateUsd` and `crossRateOther` are TCMB's cross rates, set for non-USD currencies.

**Free-market currency** (`doviz-currency`): `code`, `name`, `buying`, `selling`, `high`, `low`, `changePercent`, `url`, `scrapedAt`.

**Gold and metals** (`doviz-gold`): `name`, `slug`, `currency`, `buying`, `selling`, `changePercent`, `url`, `scrapedAt`. Prices are in TRY except Ons Altın, which is in USD.

**Provider quote** (`doviz-provider`, with `providers`): `kind` (`currency` or `gold`), `instrument`, `provider`, `buying`, `selling`, `spread`, `spreadPercent`, `url`, `scrapedAt`. Only the larger instruments (USD, EUR, gram gold and a few more) have provider tables.

### Pricing

**$0.30 per 1,000 results**, less on higher Apify plans. Platform usage is included.

### FAQ

**Why is a day missing from the TCMB history?** TCMB publishes no bulletin on weekends and public holidays. Today's bulletin appears in the afternoon.

**How fresh are the doviz.com prices?** They are what the page shows at `scrapedAt`. Schedule the Actor to build an intraday history.

**Can I use it from code?**

```js
import { ApifyClient } from 'apify-client';
const client = new ApifyClient({ token: process.env.APIFY_TOKEN });
const run = await client.actor('dodoflix/finance-scraper').call({
    sources: ['tcmb'],
    dateFrom: '2026-09-01',
});
const { items } = await client.dataset(run.defaultDatasetId).listItems();
```

It also connects to Make, Zapier, Google Sheets, Slack and webhooks from the Integrations tab.

**Something broke or a field is missing.** Open an issue on the Issues tab with the input you used.
